春節自駕遊選擇了河南，西安出發—洛陽—鄭州—許昌—登封—三門峽。因為有長者孩子，所以選擇酒店首選當地口碑好的，服務，衞生，位置都是重要參考。三門峽作為返程的最後一站，兩個天鵝酒店因為期中一個的泳池沒開，選了據説有湖景的天鵝國際酒店。 服務：春節期間人流量大，對服務人員來説確實是個考驗，辦理入住的時候就有點不愉快，還好後面的服務人員有解決了，整體來説服務意識還需要加強。 衞生：進來後衞生間有反味，服務員也及時處理了。 設施：浴袍，洗漱用品，特別是梳子和五星酒店不太匹配。 建議在售房時，還是應該標註一下湖景房，城景房，不要統一為景觀房，容易讓人誤解。
