Hey🖐️🇹🇷 Thanks for a great holiday at Zita Beach Resort. I would like to thank each of the animators individually, because it was thanks to you that I spent a fantastic holiday. Zita Beach Resort is a magical place. Great and friendly service. The hotel deserves 5 stars. Food very good. The hotel is really top notch. They are all very professional. The animators are very nice and organize a lot of different games. Every evening, the animators organize cabarets and shows. Rooms very clean. I will definitely go back there. Relaxation and rest guaranteed. Large spacious pools. The entire resort is decorated with beautiful flowers.I miss you already behind this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone.🇹🇷

Where to start... We are a couple, travelling with a toddler (2yrs). For the last 15 years we traveled around the world and seen a lot. To describe this hotel with one word: SAD. - we needed a baby bed and we got one without a matress. We made a matres out of two folded blankets. - breakfast is the most dissapointing thing we ever saw. The bread is so old it's unedible. Week old baguettes and that's it. Nothing else. If you are lucky there is some toast that is a little softer and easier to chew on. Flies everywhere, some fruit and brown water instead od coffee. - lunch and dinner is OK. Better than breakfast. Many varieties to choose from and the food is tasty. - pool seems clean and well maintained. - there is no minibar in the room and you have to pay if you want them to bring you the refrigerator to the room... - no hairdryer - no waterheater (mind if you have a baby on the formula! ) - you have to pay for sunbeds on the hotel beach and yes it is a private beach... - staff barely speaks any english - no WI-FI in the room (in 2023) - there is enough drinking water, free of charge. You can get free bottles at the bar. - the thing that bothered me the most is that people "make reservations" on sunbeds by the pool. They put a towel over 3 or 4 sunbeds before the breakfast and they aren't even by the pool for half a day. We usually came to the pool after the breakfast and all sunbeds were taken and people weren't even there!!! Same thing happening at the lunch or dinner time. People put books or water bottle on the table and they did not even eat! Half of tables were "reserved" with books on them and people did not even eat for the next hour! And the staff even guards this tables instead of making a room for people that wants to seat and eat now! We have never ever seen something like that! - snacks after lunch are pancakes and pizza. They have one working owen and one plate to bake pancakes on for the whole hotel. Imagine the line ... - if you take hotel beach towel you have to pay 10€ deposit per each. Ok, but this towels are 20yrs old, quarter of a size of a regular beach towel and worn down looking like cleaning rags. Bring your own towel... - what is the management of this hotel doing? Blind! How can you not see dirty dirty windows around the lobby, bar and dining area. Plates in the diner? Disgusting. Actually, nothing seemed really clean to me. - the location of this hotel is in the completely residential area. No shops, coffee places or nice evening walks. This is the first hotel we picked in a rush, just seeing the photos and not reading the reviews. What a mistake. We just wanted a short flight, nice hotel and warm sea for our toddler. Never returning to this place again. Not worth it. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a bad 3 star hotel honestly, and I'm being nice. Avoid it.

Best animation team in Tunisia, I had a lot of fun. There is allways something to do. Food is just fine and people who work in hotel were polite. Beach and sand on the beach is clean same goes for pools. Workers from hotel are doing their job best they can.

It was better holiday than we expected. Nice resort similar to other holiday resorts in Tunisia, but what makes it special is its animation team. Congratulations to the leaders who selected such talented, skillful and professional, but also friendly and kind people in the team. Many thanks to Gigi, Mario, Ali, Mimi...just to name a few with whom we spent more time, and to all other animators and supervisors!

The hotel is absolutely terrible, the rooms are ugly, and they're not being cleaned properly. The food is absolutely unedible, the choice is very limited especially during breakast, coffee tastes like mud. Most of the staff don't speak english well enough, the reception employees are not polite. The bech is small and dirty, full of sea ****. You have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach which is crazy, if you're a guest. Also, note that the hotel IS NOT actually on Djerba Island, but simply in Tunesia.

If i could give 8 points i would give that to this resort. Animation was better then perfect. Barman was great, service desk was perfect. Nice things to do for kids and parents. Every day dancing and games. I travel a lot(6 times a year). But the tunesia people have a big place in my heart thnx to the people in the hotel. I would say if you go to tunesia go to ZITA BEACH RESORT. Outside the resort not so much to do. But you don't need to go out of the resort. It made me and my daughter (17) smile every day. Thnx ZITA BEACH people. For a perfect holiday

1. Huge ants in the room. The guy who accompanied us said that we are getting a SUPER room, when he saw the ants he said NO PROBLEM and went off. We had to change the room. 2. NOBODY speaks English better that an average 4 year old. 3. Breakfast ... few sweet buns, VERY OLD bread, cereal etc. The line to the omelette station is huge everyday+ the omelettes taste is flat. 4. One bar open at the evening- HUGE lines, no AC (the bar is inside) so everybody sweats like hell. 5. The staff is unpleasant (except one bartender and one waitress) . 6. On the last day we had an early "breakfast" before transfer - ULTRA OLD BREAD, jam, cereal and milk, NO WATER (!!!). The hotel is located in the middle of a place looking like a war-zone so forget about going outside. AVOID THIS HOTEL even if you get a free voucher.

Positive Highlights: Lovely beach and sea. the sea was always warm and clean, a real pleasure. Swimming pool was functional and clean but the chorine level was too high which irritated the childrens eyes quite a lot. Food: The menu was very repetitive and choice was quite small. It is quite typical of these kind of resorts where you are locked in the grounds of the resort. If you like flies around your food then this is the place to be. The staff do very little to reduce the contact from flies on the food. Staff: Staff were always very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible Wifi: Forget it! The wifi barely works in the reception area. But if you are not concerned with internet connection while on holiday then its not a problem. Overall resort: As with all of these resorts, much the same as Egypt, they are poorly maintained and improvements are not forthcoming. Looks like they built the place 20 years ago and hoped it will last with minimum maintenance. If you like to just go to the sea or swim around the pool or sunbath with minimal fuss then this is the place for you. Entertainment: The animation team do their best with what they have. For my family we will never return to this resort.
