2 Star Hotels in San Bruno

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We all want to save money. So I thought for $90 it just for a few hours and it’s clean, I’m good. I got here easily. Right off the freeway. I parked and went to the office and was greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me register and get my keys for the room. When I got in the room I couldn’t believe how clean it was!! I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels and it wasn’t as clean as this. Took a shower. A lot of hot water. They have shampoo/ conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. TV comes in great Didn’t miss the first Warriors playoff game!! And they let you leave your car here for $10 a day. I just can’t say enough about this place. The family that runs it are so friendly and just wonderful people. For the price, give this place a chance. I for sure will be staying here every time I have to fly out of SFO

I spent the night here on a stopover on my way from the east coast to Shanghai. This hotel has been recently renovated completely. I had a very good experience. The service was helpful and let me switch rooms and I overheard them helping another customer who accidentally booked the wrong night and they were competent and accommodating. The room was well appointed, with many details like wireless charging shelves near the bed stands and a good coffee machine in the room. The bed was amazing. Perfect mattress, pillows I was tempted to “borrow” and soft bed linens. The area has a wide range of interesting restaurants to choose from and with the free shuttle to SFO, this is an ideal affordable choice for a stopover.

Breakfast can also be enriched. clean. Western breakfast. In addition to the location is a little bit, this hotel is not bad in other aspects. The front desk staff is also very good. Cost-effective

If your looking for a place, out of sight, and within range of many great eateries/shops. This place is it! This hotel has great staff, clean rooms, and will take care of whatever issue comes up! Unlike most hotels, Atrium cares for one to be well rested and relaxed when visiting San Francisco or any other nearby towns. Huge shout out to all the hard working staff! Keep up the great work Atrium Hotel!

I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate the people that work at the Regency Inn and my wonderful stay at the hotel. I lost a fairly expensive pendant my mother had given me in my room and didn't realize it until I was boarding my flight back home. I called to ask if they could look in my room and they found it and promptly mailed it to me. They could have easily told me they didn't, so their honesty and integrity mean a lot to me. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The have good facilities.

We flew from Europe to San Francisco, picked up the free shuttle to this hotel on El Camino, ten minutes driver from the airport. The staff was super friendly. Pravina helped us scan documents and print from the printer. Our room had two queen-size beds for two persons. Microwave and largish fridge helped to keep the cost of feeding ourselves down. You can walk straight across El Camino towards the hills past San Bruno park and up into the trails in the hills before 280. Saw a coyote. So the rooms are good and the staff is good. The rest of the hotel is a little old. breakfast is modern ”motel American” style. Pastries in plastic, cereals in plastic bowls, yoghurts in plastic cups, apple juice fountain, white bread--that type of thing. But we walked to Trader Joes (1.5 miles) for some good food. Celia's Mexican food is right across the street.

Room: The room is large, the facilities are old, there is a simple kitchen (no seasoning), no hot water bottle, old-fashioned style (full house carpet); Service: Basically there is no service at all, basically if people will not come to clean the room, you can ask (inform the front desk) Breakfast: Very simple, bread / bacon / eggs / yogurt Security: Very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus, the open apartment group is not particularly safe, there is no security or gate Opposite is a small Mall, there are supermarkets/many restaurants (Pokehouse/tea restaurant/Mexican cuisine/pearl milk tea/and Lily BBQ) - very convenient to go out and pack, try not to go out at night, because there are no houses nearby, or a little deserted

I arrived at SFO at 6pm, then got the free airport shuttle to the hotel. This was very well organised and conveniently located just outside departures. Checkin was quick and the room nice and clean. A very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and nicely presented. All of the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience. I got the airport shuttle back in the morning which was prompt and the driver friendly.

One of the main things I look for in a hotel is the pool/sauna/steamroom & similar facilities. When they are listed on the website I don't think I need to check if they exist or not. But this place is a law unto itself. The facilities have been closed since the start of Covid (over 3 years) but there is no update on the website or *******. Another hotel I had booked let me know that their pool was closed for maintenance so I cancelled & booked somewhere else. The bed had a severe dip in the middle, and the curtains are falling apart which is quite off-putting. We were placed in a room on the main road side with too much traffic noise even though the place was almost empty - would have been better on the other side of the floor. My mistake - should have booked in DT. Also the uber/lyft price from SFO to here is SO pricey for such a short distance (actually double the price of getting back there). Also weeks later I am still waiting for the $100 security bond to be released, because my bank tells me they processed it wrongly. I have called & emailed for help but have gotten nowhere - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breakfast is basic, make your own waffles, fruits, muesli bars, bread/bagels, coffee/tea - just incase you still choose to stay here.
