Upon arriving, the night auditor/front desk attendant managed to mess up my reservation and didn’t use the digital card provided from *******. He had to cancel the reservation I made and then create a new reservation which caused me to lose out on $209 until my bank decides to process the refund for the canceled reservation. Very bad start to my stay and honestly I was very upset that the employee could make such a costly mistake, he simply offered me a free snack as an apology and it was honestly insulting. I tried to put it behind me since I was only staying there for the night but in the morning I was calling the front desk from my room and could get in contact with them after 15 minutes. Not really sure what’s going on with the staff here but they should be trained better on customer service and accuracy while completing a check-in. Definitely won’t be staying here again but the room itself was fine. The tv is in an awkward spot but otherwise a decent room
