The facility was clean and the staff was actively wearing masks and constantly cleaning. We received daily room service and I would recommend staying at this location again. I am a Marriott Rewards. I made a reservation for work purposes. Decided to come in early with fam to enjoy. I called over a week before coming and talked to the front desk. They reassured me that they updated my reservation and we were good to go. After driving 7 hours (should have been 5) with a carsick toddler, imagine my surprise when I showed up to find they DID NOT update my reservation and we were homeless for the night. The front desk lady was the rudest, very dismissive, pretty much said tough, we are full and you can find somewhere else to go. We asked for a manager...none on duty on weekends. She practically threw the manager's business cards at us and told us we can call to complain. Again, not our fault, take accountability for your companies mistake! During spring break weekend it was nearly impossible to find a place to stay and ended up costing us over $300 more than this hotel. We missed half of the weekend activities we were supposed to do. I recommend going 8 minutes down the road to the other Hilton Garden Inn SA airport on Broadway. Steer clear!
