Wry nice, spacious, clean and mattes was not excellent but it was good enough. Pillows were good too. Staff super attentive and helpful. I paid a good price so was not expecting much but it was worth a lot more. Breakfast was decent too. 😃

The whole morning we got to hear the nice knocking banging of a headboard for two hours. I'm pregnant and my husband got the room for me to relax and get off my feet and rest. Also amenities were not correctly posted on site. The info stated pool was indoor. So I did not get to relax at all. Very disappointing having to leave more tired. More stressed all I wanted was a nice peaceful time with my husband before our twins were born. I really would like to speak to someone to give us another stay because this is horrible and it's not like we really can be splurging when we are about to have twins!!

The front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is very nice with a lot of food options surrounding it. The major dings I would have to give is that once my husband and I entered our room, we noticed how hot it was, we weren't too upset about it because San Antonio was 100+ degrees but the fridge was broken and we couldn't keep our water cold. Once again, no biggie because we found an ice machine and made a "fridge" in the sink for our waters. Lastly, the room wasn't very clean, we could tell that the floors weren't vacuumed because there was candy and fibers or something on the floor sporadically. If we were staying longer than a night, I'm sure I would've been a little more pushy about needing some of the listed items above corrected. Overall I'd give my stay a 6/10. Hope this helps future guests!

Great value for money including location, facilities, and breakfast! San Antonio Airport is close and public convenience facilities are located nearby, making accessibility easy. I plan to use it often for the above reasons.

Informing of renovations going on during time of stay would have been nice to know before booking. Breakfast being offered was also not being kept up with very well, had to ask for food to be made instead of just being refilled.

Our room was clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was good except the drainages were partially clogged, especially the sink (fixed the next day). Although the hotel is under renovation, I did not see any unsafe condition. Good place to stay!

The property is easy to access and easy to get to main highways to get anywhere in town in a reasonable amount of time.

Good location for our appointments etc. Only 1 elevator working thou. Staff was very polite and helpful when we had a question.

I would not recommend this hotel if u have allergies because they don’t even clean all the lint from the where the air conditioner is blowing…. Plus the air conditioner made noise all night…

Room is very unorganized shapeless, not needed and clean beds are bad. Overall one star review.

I like the room. They put me in the room I wanted and answered all my questions patiently. The stuff seem all friendly and nice. We are be able to check in early. Thank you, Hyatt Place Medical Center/North West.

Not the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at and breakfast was okay. Other than that it was in a pretty good area and like 15 mins from downtown.

Great experience overall! Management was great and breakfast was amazing! However, our room had a few details that needed attention. The carpet didn't look vacuumed and the couch wasn't very comfortable but the bed and shower were excellent!
