I want to point out the noisy operation of the bathroom fan, in principle it will not turn off, so you will have to fall asleep under the noise measured by the fan. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

I want to share my stay at this hotel! There were here on New Year holidays, everything was very enjoyable! There are certainly minus and shortcomings, but you quickly forget about them. Rooms with needles, free sauna and billiards. Breakfast is just something, soups, cashy, honey, cakes, a bunch of hot and snacks, SIDR! It is a pity that at 11 is asked to leave breakfast) out of the shortcomings it is a fairly high load in the restaurant, but we were apparently at the peak. Near GLK, give a discount on the lift and rent, which can't be unhappy.

They decided with friends on February 23 to go to Samara, to see the city and to walk. Stopped in this hotel, although for locals as I realized, ”Four Seasons” is more known as sauna than hotel. Although the room was ”luxe” , expectations were not overstated. But the room was liked: quite comfortable, clean, everything needed is available. True, the location is not very close to the historic center, but the locals said that Samara is long and it is also almost a center, but the area looks visually like a industrial zone, but it is tolerable. Of course, I advise this hotel.

Очень хороший отель. Расположение отличное - почти везде можно дойти пешком. К тому же отель недорогой. Мы вполне смогли себе позволить президентский номер. Номер выше всяких похвал. Реально огромный (единственный на этаже). В нем один только санузел размером с хороший стандартный номер. Балкон по моим прикидкам более 20 м2 (а может, и все 30). Первые пару дней никак не могла запомнить как пройти из спальни в столовую, потом запомнила дорогу. :-) В гостинице очень хорошая сауна (2 часа бесплатно по акции). Завтрак, конечно, не бог весть, но голодными не оставались. Теперь о недостатках. Во-первых, интернет. В столовой, гостинной, холле - интернет был отличный, а вот в спальне - еле-еле тянул. Во-вторых (и это главное) есть проблемы с горячей водой. Воду надо долго-долго сливать прежде чем тепленькая пойдет. Поначалу были в шоке, потом приладились. Утром встаешь и первым делом бежишь включать воду в душевой, ванне, биде и умывальнике. А потом уж занимаешься другими делами, пока водичка не нагреется. И уже после этого можно умываться, принимать душ и т.д.

Living in a hotel like one. Convenient location. Near the bus station. The room was taken with comfort. The first room got cold and hot water in the morning went badly, but when the claim was submitted, we were moved to another room immediately. Thank you. The big two-room, the vent, the tv, the refrigerator... the only one But it is a shower, I think there is no such shower with a plum on the floor((Breakfasts should have been a Swedish table, but the people are not, we have been given what to choose. Again, the eggs heated, not made on order. Coffee, yes very delicious. The cashu at request was cooked without sugar, thank you . All well.

The hotel is located in the very center of the old part of Samara in a historic building. The interiors are made in the Art Nouveau style. Fyodor Chaliapin spoke from the balcony of this hotel during his arrival in the city. The hotel has a hall where various events are often held. On the ground floor there is a small cafe and a restaurant. Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19: thermometry at the entrance, the requirement to maintain social distance, wear a mask, hand sanitizers on the tables, employees and waiters in masks.
