We were staying over night in the purpose of sleep before the travel to lencois. The hotel was perfect for that. Really good value for money. Nice and clean room. Used the room service to order dinner which was really good. And the hotel was really closed to the bus terminal. Staff in check in talked English and in check out not really good English.

We were for two nights at the weekend from 27 to 29/10/2023 at Mercure Salvador Boulevard. We were extremely well served by all team members! From parking, breakfast, reception, room service, cabinets and so on. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and has a very comfortable bed, very efficient internet and very comfortable swab. Super congratulations especially to Mr Ivan, General Manager for the great kindness, attention, professionalism and conduct with mastery of this beautiful business.

The lift and the corridor are ugly and old. The frigobar has ferrugem, the furniture is leaving, the toilet paper porter, poorly finished facilities savoner bathroom pia, bathroom pia = dentist cuba of so small, puddled and sleeved beds, incardated bath clothes, single and super narrow single beds and low looks like children, bad beds, full-shaped bed mirror, infiltration into the entrance wall, behind the door; roughly rough; lack of waste in the kitchen. I am very disappointed with what I found, disconsistent and harmed because I paid for a misleading hosting. I heard you have flats in better conditions, but you are busy (!). And the customer pays for that? I am very unhappy, rebelled. I would like to be compensated for what I paid to get out of here and go to better accommodation. Flat 1408. Reservation from day 18 to day 25/09/2022, by booking.
