For the price paid, the value is exceptional. The location is safe, 5 metres from the beach (about as close as a hotel can get) and a few minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast as is always the case with Rede Andrade hotels is varied and sizable. This hotel branch is much nicer than two others I stayed at in Salvador with a comfortable lobby area and outside seating courtyard. Though my room was misrepresented as "an apartment" when it is a normal room, I was fine with it given the low price paid. I had a sea view and the room contained the necessary features, i.e. fridge, TV, hot shower, ac, and towels/soaps. The WiFi was terrible though with no signal at all in the room. Aside from the latter, everything was great as were the staff. Would recommend 100%

It was great ! However, we didn't go out much, the breakfast was well served and delicious, simple rooms,

Old building, with little maintenance.
Poor cleaning, strong musty smell, yellowed and moldy pillows, as well as mold on the walls and ceiling. Smelly towels. Shower clogged, a drop of water coming out on each side.
The television was tiny and didn't work, we asked the reception staff to look at it: they came and told us that they would take another one to exchange, they never showed up or gave a response!
I would never go back!

Good value for money hotel, helpful and attentive staff. Nice breakfast.
Comfortable room, with a good bed, good pillows, air conditioning and working TV, the rooms are cleaned every day. The location is good, with a nearby market, good restaurants, and a good beach to drink coconut water and enjoy the view.

The service from the girls at reception was great. Special attention goes to the night boys Davi and Augusto who take good care of guests at night, they are always attentive, helpful and polite.
Some rooms needed maintenance, the one we stayed in (105) the shower was leaking water and left the bathroom always wet because of this and the sink, because it didn't close properly, kept dripping. Breakfast has few options which ends up being repetitive on the menu. Other than that, everything is ok.

I liked the accommodations, however there is no telephone / intercom in the room, it is necessary to have a whatsapp contact, provided by them, for everything you need, I found it quite uncomfortable. Towels very shabby (rough), they should be replaced.
Good breakfast, but with few seats, you have to wait depending on the time you arrive.
Good cleanliness, attentive and helpful maids.
There is a fridge in the room, but without any products inside. You can bring it from outside or ask them via whatsapp.
