The check in staff wasn't rude but they weren't friendly. They (she) didn't smile, nor did she advise that setting up my phone as a digital room key wasb't doable because I had booked through an outside service . Property is nice, nice location. Parking is tight. The lot is often full if coming back later at night. I think they have an alternate parking option.But that is a little bit of a way from the hotel.Luckily, the one night we came in.We literally got the last parking space available

Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were kind and professional. Loved the many areas to sit and read in lobby area. This is one of the Hampton Inns with a comfortable and cozy feel instead of slick and new. Really appreciate that. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again.

I have been staying every other week, and always with an amazing experience. I highly recommended for all the travels whi want spend nights in so beautiful city.

really liked the design where they had two hassocks which one could use as end tables or desk chairs. They lost a star because the hostess berated me for using a third party booking site. Thought you should know
