To shower we only had a mini bottle of gel for two people… What we found is very different from what we had seen or read on the Internet. The only good thing we found were comfortable beds and a good location. The price asked for this hotel and the stars it has are totally disproportionate to its features.

If it were the only hotel in Salamanca I would never return. Good hotel located five minutes walk from the center, it does not have parking but they give you a twenty percent discount in a nearby parking lot. Good service and the rooms are correct. For a four-star hotel, it lacks a little more variety at breakfast.

MY room with very high windows, no view of the street, huge noise in the washing tap, non-adjustable air conditioning, or all or nothing, very old and deteriorated shower mixer tap, could be improved. Location, cleanliness and reception staff very good.
