The Hyatt in Saipan was the perfect spot for an island getaway. The hotel it self is very beautiful with spacious and colorful rooms and lovely gardens and outdoor lounging areas and pool. The room was very clean. We went with a whole family. We stayed in rooms from the largest room to the twin room. It was very close to the duty-free shop, the beach, the supermarket, and the dining area. You can basically walk there. There was also a Chinese receptionist named Mini. If you need a car, you can go directly to her. It was very convenient. The price was the same as taking a taxi in Beijing. It was good.

The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.
