Have spent 5 nights in this hotel. Positive: From the entrance to the hotel you get into a fairy tale. There is so much and all pleasant and friendly that you don't want to leave. They will listen carefully and offer help on any issue, always go to the meeting, smile on the face 24/7 Rooms are cleaned regularly and no cosies were. Breakfasts are delicious and with good choice. The location of the hotel is chic, the rooms are large, the view from the window is beautiful, the living room is large plus, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet. What else do you need? Negative: Only 5 nights and time flew as one moment. Next time I will stop here and I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel for the excellent service!!!

LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

The hotel is located on the banks of our favourite Griboyedov canal in a fairly quiet area. Within a walking distance of New Holland. The center is as far away as you would not want to walk on a rainy day. The rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaning, change of towels were every day. Responsive staff. Breakfast was included in the price. There were porridges, meat, fish and fruit. Everyone could choose their breakfast according to their mood. We were quite satisfied with our stay at the hotel / (Rus) Отель расположен на берегу полюбившегося нам канала Грибоедова в достаточно тихом районе. В пешей доступности - Новая Голландия. До центра далеко настолько, насколько в ненастную походу не хотелось бы идти пешком. Номера просторные, чистые. Уборка, смена полотенец каждый день. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтрак у нас был включен в стоимость проживания. Были и каши, и мясо, и рыба, и фрукты. Каждый мог выбрать себе завтрак по настроению. В общем, остались довольны пребыванием в отеле.

Доброго время суток В этом отзыве мы хотели бы предупредить людей, что при заселении в эти апартаменты надо быть очень внимательными. Мы останавливались здесь несколько раз. И в дорогих семейных апартаментах (где надо было оставлять залог), и в апартаментах с 1 спальней, всегда все было ОК В этот раз (ноябрь 2022) мы приехали в подавленном состоянии (у нас умерла родственница), у нас в мыслях не было проверять номер на чистоту (все на доверии) Да, мы заметили пятна на диване, но не сообщили об этом (потом мы за это поплатились), пятна на полу в спальне. Столик был грязноват, протерли. Но когда мы разложили диван, увидели грязный наматрасник. Позвонили на ресепшн, к нам пришла хозяйственная служба. Поменяли наматрасник. Отмыли пятно в спальне. Но увы, мы не сказали про пятна на подушках дивана. На следующий день у нас сломался сейф, замену мы решили не брать (от греха подальше) В апартаментах мы жили неделю В этот раз уборка была плохой. Белье поменяли один раз, никогда не застилали кровать (в другие приезды убирали каждый день), полы в спальне помыли один раз. Убирали номер частями (сегодня тут «помоют», завтра - там). Стол протирали не очень чистой тряпкой (у нас в номере постоянно был пожилой человек, который просил так не делать, но бесполезно). Выехали мы в 10 утра, а в 19 вечера мне пришло сообщение - после Вашего проживания и проживания Вашей семьи был обнаружен следующий ущерб (фото). Направляем Вам акт ущерба и просим оплатить штраф по ссылке (дословно). Это про пятна на подушках дивана Мы хотим ПРЕДУПРЕДИТЬ гостей. Горе у вас, радость или вы очень устали, приехали ночью. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ПРОВЕРЯЙТЕ апартаменты Docklands на чистоту, исправность (если есть диван, осмотрите его, разложите, проверьте наматрасник) Нас уверяли, что - Апартамент с пятнами на диване Вам не сдавали, мы уточнили у хозяйственной службы (дословно) Смешно, можно подумать, что хоз.служба скажет - Да! Были пятна! Очень жаль, что в тяжелый период нашей жизни, мы столкнулись с такой непорядочностью (доверяй, но проверяй)

I spent five days at the Travelto Repina Hotel (1st line of Vasilyevsky Island, 34). On the day of settlement I was met by the administrator Jessica. Sweet, kind, hospitality and real professional of his business: I was immediately informed in detail about what I needed to know and at the same time I felt the most desirable guest, not just a customer. I was escorted to a second floor room. The room is small but cozy, clean and warm. In my opinion, it is the perfect room to rest after long walks around the city. It has everything you need to do. If someone needs more, to your kitchen services, where you can cook food, drink tea or just sit in a pleasant company. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is on Vasilyevsky Island: all the main attractions are in step-by-step availability! And the most pleasant is the price: I was pleasantly surprised that I could afford a room in a good hotel in the historic center of the city with excellent service!!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant time and enjoy the beauty of such a stunning city!!! I plan to use the services of this hotel))

Отличный отель на Васильевском острове. Оттуда пешком до набережной Невы и в центр минут 30. Удачное расположение: рядом супермаркет, аптека, различные кафе. Приветливый персонал отеля, были мелкие проблемы в номере (плохо сливалась вода в раковине и немного сломана была лейка душа) - сообщили администратору и в этот же день все проблемы устранили. Мусор уносили каждый день, раз в 3 или 4 дня меняли постельное белье и полотенца. Также предоставляют халаты и тапочки. Каждый день приносили туалетные принадлежности (шампунь, мыло, одноразовая щетка и зубная паста). В номере есть кондиционер, который очень спасал (в СПб была жаркая погода 30-32С). Нет чайника, в целях безопасности, но внизу есть кулер с горячей и холодной водой. Из-за COVID завтраки готовились не в самом отеле, а их привозили из фирмы. В целом, наесться можно, но не все типы завтраков были вкусными. Отель оставил хорошие впечатления, расположен не очень далеко от центра, но в номере было достаточно тихо по ночам, хотя комната выходила на дорогу (мы спали с закрытыми окнами). Кроме того, можно смотреть разводные мосты с Васильевского острова и не переживать, что не успеешь вернуться в отель))) Все понравилось, большое спасибо!

All the reviews about this hotel are fair - and the metro is near (which is very convenient !), and a lot of cafes and bakery next to, cleaning every day, having breakfast (cold, in the container). But the most serious shortcoming is noise insulation. If people talk outside the hotel in the floor, it's all happening in your room. The company sits in the dining room and discusses loudly something, sleeping is not real until you ask them to behave quietly. And if drunken neighbors start a division at 5 a.m. Maybe I just didn't get lucky and my room was extremely unlucky, but it significantly damaged the impression of the hotel. A separate thank you to the hotel team - very quickly responded to all requests, always helped.
