Overall this hotel was fine. The hotel is neat and clean in appearance. The room was a good size and looked clean and orderly. It was very quiet. The room temperature was a bit on the warm side with no visible thermostat to control the temperature. All in all I’d return if I visited St. Petersburg again.

I spent five days at the Travelto Repina Hotel (1st line of Vasilyevsky Island, 34). On the day of settlement I was met by the administrator Jessica. Sweet, kind, hospitality and real professional of his business: I was immediately informed in detail about what I needed to know and at the same time I felt the most desirable guest, not just a customer. I was escorted to a second floor room. The room is small but cozy, clean and warm. In my opinion, it is the perfect room to rest after long walks around the city. It has everything you need to do. If someone needs more, to your kitchen services, where you can cook food, drink tea or just sit in a pleasant company. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is on Vasilyevsky Island: all the main attractions are in step-by-step availability! And the most pleasant is the price: I was pleasantly surprised that I could afford a room in a good hotel in the historic center of the city with excellent service!!!! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend a pleasant time and enjoy the beauty of such a stunning city!!! I plan to use the services of this hotel))

Struggling away from the river, it is convenient to go for a walk by the river, but the room does not see the river. The room is small and there are few places to walk after an extra bed. There are many Chinese, but the hotel does not have Chinese services, which is a pity.

1. Бронировали номер Люкс, в описании номера говориться, что номер двухкомнатный с выходом на балкон, как я себе это представляю это комната- гостиная и комната-спальня, т.е. прием пищи, работа и т.д. в одной комнате, спишь в другой. Зайдя в номер становится понятно, что отель вводит в заблуждение гостей таким описанием, фактически да комнат две, но есть нюанс первая комната это просто коридор/холл откуда вы можете попасть в туалет, на балкон и в другую комнату , из мебели стоит только рабочий стол за которым не возможно работать , так как на нем стоит чайник, кофемашина, телефон, бокалы, стаканы и снежки мини бара, поэтому невозможно поставить даже небольшой ноутбук, места нет! По сути комната вообще не функциональная, в ней нет возможности проводить время. И во второй комнате находится вся мебель : кровать,диван, кресло, журнальный столик за которым мы и ели и работали. Все свое время ты проводишь в одной комнате и ешь и спишь и работаешь. Считаю это обманом со стороны отеля, т.к и описание и фото не дает полную картину номера, его можно назвать однокомнатным люксом, но ни как ни двухкомнатным. Будьте бдительны при бронировании. 2. Не профессиональный и не приветливый персонал ресепшена, в частности Никита, при заезде дал нам неверную информацию, после чего стал говорить, что он такого не говорил, взял с нас депозит за бокалы в номер(3000рублей) ни какого подтверждения не дал, сказав, что все отображается в системе. Была еще одна максимально неприятная ситуация, которую мы обсудили с его руководителем Екатериной Венедиктовой, после чего этот самый Никита при виде нас демонстративно отворачивался, считаю это непрофессиональным поведением. При выезде нам пришлось напоминать про депозит, ничего они там не видят , так как нам задают вопросы какой депозит? За что депозит?Как давали депозит наличными или картой? Если бы мы не напомнили при выезде о депозите, нам бы его не отдали. Берите с работников ресепшена подтверждение любых их слов, вплоть до часов работы ресторана на завтрак, пусть все вам пишут. 3. Меню некоторые блюда не соответствуют фото , нет состава блюд , мне как аллергику это важно и отсутствует вес блюда, это важно для понимания, сколько блюд заказать и чтоб не зависеть от настроения повара, сегодня 100 грамм завтра 200. 4. Клининг вопрос нет, все быстро, чисто, по запросу. Плюс вечерняя уборка.

Отличный отель за свою цену, номера не большие , но уютные. администратор даже заселил пораньше , было очень приятно тк мы замерзли, напоили бесплатным чаем, были очень любезны . В номере чисто порядок, бесплатная вода в номере, в ванной комнате есть все нужные принадлежности. Нам очень понравилось.
