What really surprised me was that a staff member called beforehand to ask if I had any any special requests for the room, and they made sure everything was arranged in advance. I requested a higher floor, and after checking in, they kindly arranged both rooms for us on the 7th floor. The view was excellent, and on the day of arrival, they even delivered some fruit – the service was truly exceptional. The room facilities were all very complete, and the soundproofing was excellent; it was very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. The nearby Yinhu Park is a great option for an evening stroll. The breakfast selection was also very rich, and getting around was convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

The room was well-arranged with the AC already turned on before my arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is super convenient; I could walk to the nearby ancient town, and Ocean Park is also very close, making it easy to visit attractions. They even have a laundry room, which is great for travelers. The cleanliness was excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely speechless!!! 1️⃣Isn't Atour known for its deep sleep? Shouldn't they provide one high pillow and one low pillow? It's ridiculous! Four super high pillows in one room, the rebound force constantly pressing against my head, I couldn't sleep all night 😡 2️⃣Wasn't the hotel renovated in 2025? How come it still smells so strong after more than a year? 3️⃣I was inexplicably bitten by some kind of insect (pictures 3-4) 😡 I'm a normal customer. To be honest, the hotel environment is not bad, and they upgraded me because there were plenty of rooms. The robot malfunctioned at night, but they still provided breakfast, which was okay. However, when I stay in a hotel, my first priority is to get a good night's sleep. Does Atour use these pillows now? Or is it just this particular hotel? With such high pillows, customers' heads are all tilted, how can they sleep well? What's the point of everything else if you can't even sleep?

There is a light rail station 100 meters around and less than 200 meters away from Fantawild. There are also washing machines and dryers in the hotel.
