Front desk staff very friendly. Booked a king room and was given double beds. In order to get the room we booked, we would have been split up with others we were with ( which had king beds too) Disappointed we would be inconvenienced when that's what we originally booked and paid for. We were offered $20 valet fee waived.
Room was dated and very basic. Didn't even have a counter on sink to do hair and get ready or hold a hair brush. Some outlets didn't work.

Older but very clean hotel. Staff polite and helpful. Only downfall was tv small and should be mounted on wall for easy viewing. No where to sit toiletries in bathroom or in room. Would definitely stay there again though and recommend to others.

Very good location. hotel with renovated areas, friendly staff, easy processes and clean and comfortable room.
The facility could use updating some of the furniture and room care.

Friendly staff, clean room but needs a little updating like the bathroom tile, and touch up paint. Bed was good, pillows were good. Could not really get cool enough but managed.

Only stayed one night. Older hotel- shows in the rooms and carpet in hallways… had a musty odor. TINY bathrooms. No working elevator so had to carry heavy suitcases up 3 flights. Only good thing was the friendly staff. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

The room was very outdated, not adequately clean and there were lots of maintenance required. The elevator was broken and we had to walk up 2 flights to get to our room. The front desk and valet staff were great and super nice and helpful.

We stayed for 1 night and it was cozy. The beds were comfy. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people in the hallways, but overall it was great cozy,quaint stay. A little pricey for the stay. I was not aware of valet parking $25 a night or park on the street and be moved by 10AM next day.

Very walkable to numerous restaurants, entertainment venues and plenty of shopping options. Valet parking only, unless you want to try to overnight park on the street at your own risk.
