Хочу оставить отзыв о хостеле Компас на Невском.была там в августе(с 13 по 15 число)2021.расположение удобное,чистые комнаты.казало бы,что может испортить отдых в культурной столице?нас встретила вежливая и приветливая девушка Римма.но потом на ресепшене была другая смена,которая не стесняется в адрес гостей употреблять слово "свиньи".номер оставили чистым.яблоком раздора стала просьба оставить вещи после заселения на пару часов.на вопрос почему вы себе так позволяете ответила,что она тут управляющая,и значит ей так можно.такого хамского отношения за все время пребывания там я ни разу не видела.Просьба руководству принять меры, почему женщина в пижаме возомнила из себя начальницей и может оскорблять постояльцев.стыд и позор.
