Everything good but requested no feather pillows but found 2 in room and had to exchange them. Shower head was not working properly but did get it to work after I worked on it./

Great location, clean hotel, nice bed, very good value.
Was a bit noisy in the hallway late at night from other guests--I did not notify anyone so I can't say I gave them a chance to address it.

Fire alarm went off twice 3am and 5am, evacuated building both times. Not sure if they compensated anyone. I woke exhausted and late so had to hurry out. Convenient tho.

The stay was great and the service was great, the only thing that I didn’t like or know anything about was, that you have to pay to park but the don’t tell you that when you check in. They wait to tell you as you check out.
