When I arrived at the hotel, I found out there was no parking only valet parking. This is not the hotel's fought as I reserved on a third-party website; however, instead of having empathy, the associate asked me if I wanted to cancel my reservation. Being that I wasn't a resident of the city, I was taken back. Next, I got to my room and my television didn't work. I called the desk, and the same associate informed me there was no maintenance guy on duty nor was there a manager on duty to me to speak with. This was at 5pm in the afternoon so I had to go the entire evening without a television. The next day I didn't not arrive back to the hotel until 3pm. When I got in, I still didn't have a working television. I had to stop by the desk to ask if anyone planned to look at the television. About time I arrive back at the hotel arrive 9pm the associate informed me the television had to be replaced. Overall, it was not a great experience.
