Really nice hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice little bar area. Hotel staff are friendly and really helpful. Pool is very small and isn’t like the pictures and gym room is tiny. But still a great hotel, would recommend.

Week end entre amies pour nous et 1ere fois dans cet hôtel ! Et nous ne sommes absolument pas déçues ! Les chambres et les sallesde bains sont très confortables. Spacieuses. Très calmes ! Nous n'avons absolument pas entendu ni de porte claquer, ni de voisins qui parleraient un peu fort Tout est propice à la détente ! Le coin spa est un vrai plus !!!!! Le fait qu'il soit privatisé fait qu'on passe vraiment un moment incroyable. Dans une petit bulle de bien être. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons été fort bien reçues ! La directrice qui est extrêmement sympathique a pris le temps de nous recommander une bonne adresse pour dîner le soir ! Le coin bar est également propice à la détente avec ses nombreux canapés. Le vin que nous avons bu était fort bon ! Le petit déjeuner est également très complet et très bon ! Salle au calme encore une fois. On se sent bien 😊😊. Bref, la prochaine fois que nous passons par Nantes, nous reviendrons ! Merci pour ce merveilleux moment !

Depuis notre première venue il y a 10 ans, l'établissement en lui même est toujours très bien. Cependant, l'accueil fut long et mitigé malgré l'absence de personnes. On ne retrouvait pas notre réservation. On est même venu à nous demander si nous avions un second nom. Aucune explication complémentaire sur les services de l'hôtel (wifi, emplacement du hammam...). Enfin, lorsque j'ai demandé si les boissons sans alcool étaient présentes dans notre chambre conformément à notre réservation, on nous a répondu à la négative. Depuis cette semaine et le changement de propriétaire, les modalités avaient changées. La personne à l'accueil nous a tout de même proposé des boissons face à notre mécontentement. A l'opposé, la réceptionniste du samedi matin (16/03) avec son petit accent étranger s'est montrée souriante et parfaite professionnellement parlant. Petit déjeuner au top avec jus d’orange maison ! Spa très agréable. En espérant qu'avec le changement de propriétaire, les prestations restent les mêmes...

Je n’avais jamais fait cet hôtel et je ne suis pas déçu. Belle prestation pour un rapport qualité prix correct. Jolie chambre de bon goût et le petit plus c’est le frigo avec les boissons à disposition gratuites ce qui est rare. Je recommande cet établissement.

Parking gratuit, bonne literie, déco élégante, salle de bains spacieuse et bien équipée, je regrette que les WC ne soient pas séparés. Environnement de zone pas très sexy mais TRES calme le week-end. Petit déjeuner très varié ,frais . Pour aller dans le centre-ville, garez vous gratuitement au zénith à 10 mn puis le bus (gratuit le week-end ) vous emmène rn hyper centre... top
