Stayed because we had a college visit at University. Very nice room and St. Cloud offered lots of shopping and eating options in hotel area that we didn’t check out but definitely would have if wasn’t so cold out. Would definitely stay again

Very spacious and comfortable room. Enjoyed the hot tub and exercise room. The breakfast included yogurt and granola topping, hot waffles… and eggs, sausage, bacon. I will stay here every time I am in St. Cloud.

Not great parking, as the biggest lot was hard to find. Staff was great. Area and amenities are really good. This is our go-to St Cloud stay.

The suite was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff friendly.
New Year's Eve so lots noise in the neighborhood including several very LOUD firecracker blasts.

The computer was down at check in and the property is old and needs renovation. The lights are also all LED and not inviting.

There was a basketball team staying here and they were running up and down the halls well into the evening. I know the hotel does not control this but it was very difficult to relax in any way for many hours because of this. Staff were pleasant to deal with. The room was satisfactory. I did notice the vents were all pretty dusty but otherwise felt comfortable.

We had a falling out with family and needed a place to stay quickly. We took a chance to stay at the Grandstays for the first time. Check it went smoothly and the front desk and the rest of the staff are just so friendly! Any issue we had (needing more towels/garbage bags/key cards being silly) they addressed quickly. The breakfast is decent, the kids love the waffles (and mom). The pool is small and not that deep, but great for kids. We really appreciated the access to washers and dryers, especially with young kids. I didn't really have a brand of hotel that I needed to stay at, but our stay here has definitely changed that! They kinda felt like family during this hard time.

Our stay at Grandstay was totally average. It was cheap and we were only staying for a night, so I wasn’t too picky in my choosing. Our room was a bit tired and dingy, the beds were too firm, and the pool was so chlorinated that our eyes burned. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was decent for that level of hotel, and the common areas were clean and fairly updated. We liked that it was across from a Starbucks and close to our destination.
