The hotel located at a good location, next to bus terminal, train station and easy access to tram so we can just go around the city for sightseeing and cultural experience, but the best part was that hotel is next to a shopping mall where you can find many good restaurants and shops including famous local Nagasaki Castela. Our experience staying at Nagasaki Marriott was beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with how well hotel staff were trained at all areas since hotel just opened not long time ago. We really felt like we stepped into Japanese hospitality for both services and mindset of staff who always pay attention to guests from the entrance of the hotel at ground floor before going up to the lobby check-in with warm welcome and big smiles. Each area we experienced was a wonderful one, breakfast area was well set with variety of foods from local products. We very much appreciated staff working hard in kitchen and also M Lounge was our favorite place to relax and enjoy some dinner served and conversations with the staff. We fell into love with this hotel, not only because the modern designed room but also offered the solutions on how guest could enjoy the room during their stay. But most importantly our experience with staff made our stay such a wonderful and special one.
