Friendly staffs, clean rooms. Right beside Saga station which have a lot of restaurants around. Complimentary breakfast provided and there is quite a lot of choices. Can wash your laundry at level 7. Only accept 100 yen coins for laundry payment, just change with the front desk if needed.

The female dorm has a security entrance, so I felt safe staying here.
There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance.
The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels.
There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that.
There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

It is equivalent to a domestic express hotel. The advantage lies in its location. Turn right after exiting Saga Station and you will be there less than 50 meters away. Saga Station North Exit, a very characteristic small hotel, about 4 minutes walk, the elevator downstairs self-check-in, the room space is relatively large, the layout is very special. But the mainland mobile phone app can not be projected, it is a pity.

The room is quite old and the accommodation of women is severe. It seems that cleaning is only appropriate and visible. I left Saga for the first time. It was near the moat of Saga Castle, quiet, and the building facilities, beds and living rooms had a history, but the linens were clean, so it was also tasteful and there was no discomfort. I would have been grateful if the front desk staff were small and the hospitality was a little more substantial, but it may be unavoidable because it is the end of the corona. Breakfast was Japanese and Western 々 and I was able to have a fun meal with my friends from the morning. Saga was quiet and healed enough as Hiro 々. Also, I would like to visit hot springs slowly.

The hotel is not close to the station and is more suitable for guests driving. The front desk staff is courteous and there is welcome coffee for check-in. For country hotels, the room is not big, but it is very clean. Our room was originally made up can not open the window, and the air is not circulating enough. After reporting to the front desk, he brought an electric fan and a key to the next room, so we decided to turn around. Room It was a corner room, so it was a very clean room with all the rivers, seas and castles. I think it's a little wider than a normal twin. Large communal bath I went to the large communal bath without using the unit bath in the room. There was a shampoo bar, the bath was spacious, and the hair dryer in the washroom corner was also relaxed. Previously, a name sticker was attached to the slippers to make it a mechanism that would not be mistaken for others, but it has disappeared, so I would be grateful if you could continue. Welcome Lounge The new service had free drinks and sweets (gummy, marshmallows, etc.). I was surprised not only to coffee, tea and soft drinks, but also beer and sparkling wine. One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. We would like to express our greatest appreciation to the staff that assisted us. Thank you very much! どうもありがとうございます。

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Garden Terrace Saga, with its modern rooms and superb service. We arrived after a long day of travels around Saga prefecture. Please note that there is an entrance via Shinei Dori Street, Dive through the red building tunnel, across a short bridge and make a left turn, the hotel is on your right. After a quick check-in process, we were escorted to our room on the 6th floor. Our agent had booked us the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely lovely. After a brief introduction, she left us to our own devices. Upon entry, two large double beds occupied the double ceiling area. This room was at the apex of the Isosceles-triangle-shaped hotel. Beds had clean and smooth sheets and was super comfortable. Bedside charging points are in built into the side table area. A large flat screen TV is mounted on the wall in front of the bed. Mostly local TV channels though! Walking beyond the beds is the make-up table with comfy chair and large mirror. The closest is behind this and you can find slippers, bath robes and the room safe here. There is an exit door behind the floor to ceiling mirrors here too, with staircase leading down. I believe the housekeeping uses this to get into the room. Beware that the door was not locked when we found it. Some added security here for guests would be ideal. Moving back to the main door, and to the right is a small toilet area, separate from the shower/bathroom area. The standard Japanese toilet and small sink is housed here. if you walk to the left as you approach the main door, there is a large sitting area with comfy sofa, and another TV. There is also a 6 seater dining table. The hotel was really good to us and gave us a box of cakes that was left in the man-height fridge. The hotel also notified the Teppanyaki restaurant that I had a bottle bubbly from a previous stay in the fridge. Thus restaurant flipped the beverage menu to the champagne page we were given the menus. We liked this sharing of information! There is tea and coffee making facilities here too. Wifi is standard throughout the hotel and it was pretty fast and strong.. The bathroom is right behind the living room TV. Double sinks and loads to amenities. There was also a bottle of bathing sake for guest use. A rain shower and bath tub is connected to the bathroom. One can also exit the bathroom and into the enclosed balcony area [or go out via the living room]. where there is a large seating area is ready to welcome guests, as well as a jacuzzi. I went down to the gym on the two mornings we overnighted here. The gym is small and narrow with very select machines. One multi function weight machine, two light dumbbells station and one treadmill and bicycle/elliptical [?] machine. There is a small swimming pool and a Sauna cabin next to it. Towels and water are readily available. Our room came with breakfast and they arranged for us to take it in the Eecutive lounge. The breakfast can either be Japanese or Western. We went with we

I was surprised that the south side of the station has changed completely since a few years ago. So, this hotel is the first time to use ２, but it is very convenient because it is in front of the station. The surrounding hotels are also used 々, but considering the amount of money, I think the cospa is high. The large bath is not big and is on the １ floor and I am happy in winter. It's a breakfast venue, but I think it depends on the day, but when I went at the same time as the opening, there were many people in line and the seats were not enough. The content of the meal was delicious without any problems. It's a parking lot, but this time I wasn't a car, so it was okay, but I think it's better to have time to leave the store in the morning because it's a mechanical multi-storey car park. Please be careful as your schedule will be delayed if you concentrate on your departure time.

MMimi66938761It is a historic old house, decorated very artistic, full of paintings and calligraphy. The location is some distance from Saga Station. If you take a taxi from JR Station, it will be about 1,000 yen. If you walk, it will take about 20 minutes to pass through Chinatown, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops on the road.
The hotel is diagonally opposite the Yuwu (Saga's old department store), but this road is extremely quiet and the Japanese-style room is very good. But the area is really too small, the bed is made at night, there is basically no place to stand.
On the first day of stay, the hotel may have many guests, but still encountered ”bad things”. First, the toilet was not cleaned, the waiter sincerely apologized and changed the room for us; Then went downstairs for dinner, but after coming up, they should have made the bed when we ate, but it may be that the service staff is not enough and the bed is not made.
But fortunately, it was solved in time. The hotel proprietress is very elegant, there is a service staff at the front desk, Chinese, Japanese, and English are very, very good, and communication is completely fine. We stayed for two days, and they specially prepared different content for dinner, so as not to eat the same for two days. That's very intimate.
If you come to Saga and want to try a quiet family hotel, but it is too late to go to the mountains in the countryside, this is still quite recommended.

It's a Japanese business hotel with a lot of banquets.
The room condition is similar to a normal business hotel, and above all, the breakfast was Japanese, so I was personally satisfied.

There is a second parking lot about 5 minutes walk. The room is large and not bad, but there is no elevator and only stairs. I choose an early morning check-out plan, and breakfast is served with rice balls. Because there was this plan, it was like booking this inn.
