The hotel is close to the wheel pier, in the center of the town, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the bay pier in the town. The sanitation and facilities of the hotel are very good. There are all kinds of things in the kitchen, with salt and pepper. The range hood is directly outside the ceiling, so there is no smell of food in the room, so the sanitary environment is good. The service aunt was patient and took me to explain where the car was parked, where the room was, how to call if there was anything, and tried to dial the phone until you understood.

The location is first-class, the sanitation is good, and the equipment is satisfactory. You can walk 100 meters to the beach, a motorized amu*****t park, and a children's amu*****t park all next to each other. There are many roadside dining options. It is recommended to choose a room on the ground floor. The hotel has stairs and luggage is troublesome because it is One bedroom and one living room type, good soundproofing for sleeping

Wonderful stay. Great location. Check in fast. Was given an upstairs unit but my client freaked out about the stairs. We were immediately shown a room downstairs that we ended up staying in.

Loved the proximity to the bayside beach & walk. A great location for exploring the Mornington Peninsula.

The room was ok but nothing special the tv was so out of date did mot even have a connection so we could watch netflix or even more tv stations i know this is nit mager but sometimes it us nice to relax in room watching something on tv especially at mighr or weather not great for going out doors

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location for our family stay in Rye. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed. The only small negative is the noise because the walls are so thin u can hear everything. That wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though. Staff are lovely too.

We’ve stayed here a few times and will keep returning. The apartments are lovely and spacious, clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and the property is a stones throw from the Rye main street. Onsite parking is handy too.
