Hotels with Swimming Pools in Runaway Bay

This hotel is amazing, but I booked my stay on trip.com I was not able to make there the first day of my trip 8/20/2020 I called to get an adjustment to my start and I got the run around and up until to 8/31/2020 there’s was no adjustment, I lost a day of my trip and no refund 😒

Amazing hotel, great food, wonderful entertainment, vey kind and attentive staff. We were a group of 8 , all front different parts of the world. We had an amazing time in this resort. the Grand side beach pretty good. Restaurant Picasso and Takara. Thank you for make my friend birthday so special. We will come back! One love ! Respect !

Our first time in Jamaica. What a trip!My husband and I loved everything . First, the drive from the airport to the resort takes about 1 hour, but the scenery is beautiful . Didn't feel too long. As soon as we arrived, we were treated like special guests... even if we didn't book anything special. The resort is on the smaller size, which we loved. There are plenty of little resting spots on the property to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The sunset bar is a must to watch the magical sunsets. The beach is not too big, but since it is in a bay, there were no waves , the water was crystal clear and soooo warm. There is a great selection of water sports offered. Even the glass bottom boat ride was included. We saw corals, exotic fish and so much stuff. The room: seemed to have been upgraded a few years ago. We love the walk in closet and the italian style shower. We loved the room. The food... soooo delicious. Not sure there would be many vegan options, but if you love to eat everything, you won't be disappointed. Staff in the restaurants is also great. We loved Keston. He was so fun to talk to and his smile was priceless. Honestly, all the staff is precious. Our drink fairy on the beach, Terri-Ann, was the best. Her friendliness was so contagious. We loved her. She was so entertaining. All restaurants offered great food and the bars offered great drinks. The hotel staff even called our room a couple times during the week, to make sure everything was good. The entertainment team is great . They announce the activities every morning. They are so sweet. They dont push the people to participate to the activities, which we appreciated. Please go!
