No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

We found the service to be excellent! We had many staff members ask us daily if we were having a good time and if we needed anything. We were impressed with the level of constant cleaning and property maintenance. The grounds are huge and in very good condition. The buffets had a varied selection and the food was very good. We were impressed with all the other restaurants, with the exception of the Japanese & Teppanyaki restaurants. I wouldn't recommend either. All the others were excellent. It was difficult to get reservations since you can't book until you check in. You should be able to book when you reserve your stay. Overall we had a great time and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

As first time visitors it did take some time to figure things out. While you are provided a concierge to assist, we only heard from ours at the beginning of our stay. It is all inclusive, but there were some limitations, and again, once we figured out a schedule, we were very happy! Property was clean and in general good condition. Food was outstanding, with buffet available and if you could make reservations (not available in some cases) to the 5 restaurants on the property they were very good. This was part of our figuring things out. Pool was nice and activities people were always getting people involved with games or exercise of some sort. There is some pressure to attend a sales event for timeshare, as well excursions. All in all we enjoyed the property and especially the food. As all inclusive, it is stated that gratuity is included, but we still tipped and it was accepted.

The room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was not fully cleaned and didn’t have wash clothes the first night. The food could have been better with more daily selection. The staff was nice at times. We got pressured into a presentation by someone name Janice after we told them more than once we were not interested and then pressured to not leave the presentation when we stated we did not want to be there.

My husband and I visited as a part of my pre-birthday celebration and to take some time to rest and this place was perfect. From check in to check out staff was welcoming and professional. Loved our king size room with the ocean view. Food did not disappoint and because it was off season it was not crowded. The place is well kept and modern. Well recommended place to stay.

Everything atcthis hotel was nice,my only problem was the farden vuew was not a garden vuew. . The vuew over look a muddy parking lot with a dilapidated building,with a part of the highway.. staff was the best they are all loving,caring,and compassionate .

I like the closeness of the restaurants and the rooms in the pool in the beach. I did not like the check-in process. I booked many months ago and requested to be in a room next to my families rooms and upon check-in at 6 PM I was told this may not happen. I had to become very angry for this to happen, and I didn’t like that to start my trip off, you, you should be able to accommodate side-by-side rooms when people requested multiple times ahead of their arrival
