酒店服務特別好，温馨舒適，出差旅行的必選，入住以後可以去温泉中心免費泡澡耶！✌門口交通也方便，去運城市有直達的公交，衹要10元，太划算了，大愛🥰

很一般的酒店，設施都老舊了，房間裏沒有免費瓶裝飲用水，衹有個直飲水龍頭，那誰敢喝，但是這家酒店有個好處，東西很好吃，無論是晚餐還是早餐

硬件設施還好，看標牌以前是温泉度假村。訂了兩間房，一間裝修味道很大，另一間又有裝修味又有煙味。房間裏有煙灰缸，顯然不禁煙。餐廳吃了兩頓飯，準備用大眾點評上的抵用券，但從收銀到財務都表示沒聽説過什麼大眾點評，不知道怎麼用

床頭兩米以內沒有任何插座，浴室沒有手持花灑頭，衹有大的蓮蓬頭，洗澡間還是簾子，毛巾一股味，空調不打到15度以下不會運行，別的賓館都不要核酸，他們還要我們去做核酸，最後也沒人看。
我這還是選的貴一點的房間，早知道選旁邊的賓館了

地處芮城最繁華的中心大街，雖然建設時間很長了，但是整體的環境還是非常有檔次，住的也很舒服，大床房的房間足夠寬敞，距離永樂宮，廣仁王廟都很近，是旅遊的上選住宿地

很一般的酒店。在芮城算高檔的，但隔音差，設施也老舊了，早飯可能去晚了，快8點了，都沒什麼吃的了。服務是硬傷，辦理入住時，什麼都不介紹，哪裡早飯，幾點開始，wifi 在房間哪裡看。態度還沒快捷酒店好。

酒店首先安排入住8313房間，房間門卡無法開門，門鎖有被撬過的痕跡，服務員過來打開房門，房間散發著摳腳大漢的臭味，秒回80年代的鄉村招待所情景，慌亂退出，強烈要求換房，換房後才恍如隔世，回到當下。

網上的價格高於酒店當日公佈的價格，還好稱網上拿到的是最低價格。我住了五天花了一千一百元，不知道是哪一方出了問題。衞生間的設施和乾淨程度都不令人滿意。

掛牌四星酒店。酒店位置好，對面是購物中心、超市，隔壁是縣博物館。停車場大，住店憑房卡、離店憑停車票均免費。
客房分為迎賓樓和貴賓樓。按介紹有室內游泳館和温泉。房間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水量大，沖澡舒服。床鋪舒適。沒有保險櫃。不足之處一是前台不會主動招呼客人，面無表情。二是早餐餐廳及餐食均與掛牌四星酒店差距甚遠。剛一進餐廳，以為走進了員工餐廳，全然沒有一點星級酒店的樣子，餐食擺台也是隨隨便便，還不如一般的連鎖酒店。如果按一般的酒店要求，飯菜也算是不錯，但對於一個高星級酒店來説就差的太多了。沒有鮮奶、咖啡、麪包、甜點……，也沒有現場烹調。餐桌上的餐巾紙架是用鐵皮做的，空空如也 ，幾個服務員旁若無人的大聲聊天。芮城大酒店是這次到山西住的最貴的一個酒店，也是感覺最差的一個酒店。也不知這四星是如何評上的。
