Hotels with Wi-Fi in Rueil-Malmaison

I was looking forward to staying here and as we arrived I thought what a lovely place. We were welcomed at the hotel by a charming receptionist and shown to our bedroom. To begin with it appeared ok, but the toilet seat was broken and the toilet would not stop running water,. We did report this but it could not be repaired. The furnishings, apart from the curtains and bed, were very poor quality, tatty and ”well used”. The coffee machine was a complete failure, all it would do would flood everywhere so we gave up on that. A box of tissues in the bathroom with one tissue in it , A leaky plug in the sink etc., etc. This is a four star hotel and this was more like a two star. Anyway, we decided to have a swim and were so disappointed that we would have to book in advance and it would cost 45 euros each for one hour. WHAT!!!!!!!! 90 euros for the two of us????????? Needless to say we did not do that. The Saturday was very wet and we decided to have a snack in the lounge. Well, another disappointment that was closed and we were told that they open on all the other days but close Saturday lunchtime. This hotel needs a wakeup call!!! You are in Paris, Saturday when there are tourists and you close your bar. The dinner was very nice, the breakfast could have been great if they had remembered to put milk in the coffee machine. After pointing out there was no milk when it arrived we got a coffee. YUK, so strong could not drink it, in fact I decided that they had allowed that to happen so you would not have a coffee for breakfast, This was the same for the two days that we were there. It could be a five star hotel but they have to improve on the basic needs of their customers, or are they not bothered???

We have booked this hotel for six nights from Jun 24 , 2012. The room very calm but near the centre of Rueil and transportation to Paris. The location is particularly charming and pleasant:and surrounded by very good restaurants in the atmosphere perfect for a romantic dinner or a lunch in family/friends. Good value for money, pleasant staff, clean and located facilities at 15 min from the train station.I recommend it since with such high prices of hotels in Paris, it fits the budget of many travelers. Our coach party , in Paris for the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe , stayed in this hotel for three nights . The room was fine for an overnight stay but rather basically furnished , for example only one dining type chair . However the beds were comfortable and clean , and the room was quiet .Breakfast was good with plenty of choice . My friend particularly liked the cook your your own eggs gadget . Reception was friendly and efficient . The bathroom and shower were fine but housekeeping left a lot to be desired . We only had towels for one person and requests for more went unheeded . Just as well my friend always brings her own , in case of emergencies !

We reserved through *********** and we wanted to see the room before paying. We got asked to pay at reception and the payment declined, so we tried 2 separate cards. The receptionist tried to charge the card multiple times saying it’s declined but we only managed to pay for 2 nights and to try again later. When we went to try again they said we fully paid for the stay but we didn’t understand how this happened. When we checked out bank accounts we were in disbelief one card was charged around 600€ and the second cards payments of 800£ were pending (frozen) by the bank. This meant 1,4 thousand was gone from both cards. When we tried to figure this out and sent them proof of these payments no one understood how much money in total we lost/had frozen. The staff kept saying ‘the day before we leave everything will be sorted out’ but it didn’t and that ‘the manager will come at 9am until 10pm’ the manager never came and on our last day we said we will call the police because we don’t know if this will get solved by the management. We had a really bad experience from day one all of our money got charged/frozen and the whole holiday we had money problems and couldn’t enjoy France as much as we planned. We made phone calls every morning to resolve this and in the airport the kids had a mental breakdown from the stress. Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and museums are some of the places we couldn’t visit due to this. We had 2€ left in one of the cards 2.

Very good, comfortable and quiet room with large TV, staff is friendly, everything is clean. Nothing to reiterate. I didn't try breakfast. The city centre (very beautiful) is not far. There is also a parking that I didn't try because I found a place (pay) just in front of the hotel.

I am coming here for business several times per year and I like this place. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is competent and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast is also very nice and it's close to RER. The bar is great to have a chat with colleagues after work.

The hotel is good, although the location is a little far from the city center, but very close to the subway station, take the subway to the city center for 20 minutes, driving out is also convenient, the highway intersection is nearby. The variety of breakfast is quite rich, the young lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, in short, do not want to live in the old and crowded hotel in the city center, this is a good choice.

The breakfast is very good, very quiet in the countryside, the surrounding is desolate, free to park, there is a hotel that is very comfortable with the car, the service staff is very polite, enjoy the five-star hotel, more than the hotel in Paris

The location is not the best but it suited me in terms of purpose of my visit to Paris. Easy walking distance from Nanterre Ville RER Station. Hotel is spotless, room very comfortable. Vending machines in lobby with selection of confectionery, hot and cold soft drinks. Also ability to order various types of fast food locally and have it delivered to your room. Only minor issue was I found the shower floor quite slippy. Check in is 2pm. No option of early check in even if room might be ready. There's no bar to pass the time in if you arrive early so I'd suggest trying to arrive as close to 2pm as possible. They have chargeable secure off road parking facilities if you are travelling by car.
