I was there at 3.3.-4.3.2023 with a wife and an adult son. In total, 2 rooms already paid by credit card. At arrival we were asked by a clearly over-exigent receptionist to pay the roommaster cash because something doesn't work with credit card billing. And bar please because her own credit card machine doesn't work. Because we were very hurried, our grandchild was just born in Rotterdam, we paid. Two weeks later my credit card was charged 2x!!!!. After massive protests, a burden was reimbursed. But not the cash payment. I have been in telephone and written exchange with the hotel director for 2 months. Although the error was acknowledged in writing and payment promised, with always new excuses the transfer is delayed so the impression has emerged, they want to crush me until I give up nervously. I do not! My report should be a warning, please, not to persuade you to questionable payments on the ground. Obviously, you have incompetent staff and little willingness to solve the problem customer-friendly. I'm now giving it all to a lawyer.

My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

It took over an hour to get a room from check-in. The first room didn’t have WiFi, so they sent me to another room ( they didn’t help move my luggage and I spent 25 traipsing around trying to find my rooms) - having moved room - still no WiFi and the key didn’t work. This hotel looks like a fun place to stay - but it is awful. I’ve been here an hour - apparently someone will be down to help. Can’t unpack as I expect that I’ll be moved again (and won’t get help). Have just been called and they wanted me to go to another part of the ship….where there is WiFi…I guess we’re giving up on being allowed to work in my room.

My oldest child and I were viewing a university in the Netherlands. So we stayed for 3 nights. We were a bit worried about safety and noise due to us being solo travellers etc but we had no need to be. We were up on the top floor so far from the street. We never felt unsafe. Shower was very good. Staff extremely nice. No concerns about safety. They had a washer dryer which was very handy. We went to the music night they had and it was very nice. We got breakfast one of the days and we found it good value. Place was clean. Hair dryers weren’t working sadly. But other than that, no other issues.

Hotel a few steps from public transport leading to the city centre. It has parking but unfortunately there were no spaces for us. However, it is easy to find space on the street. The rooms are spacious but poorly equipped. There is no fridge, hairdryer and wardrobe. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a good stay

The room was very nice, vibrant colors, bed was awesome, all very clean. But the big mistake they made with the renovation were the doors. They slam with a very big bang, so when anyone else on the floor enters the room, it all shakes. And then they are not isolated, you can understand discussions happening outside the room. And then, for the breakfast, dinner, lunch: only christmas music. But of the worst kind. There is no place in the region to escape this in the morning, so you have to deal with the christmas music. And for 17 euro's, it's not even worth actually what you get after your ears are in pain with ”jolly happy christmas” three times during breakfast.

The hotel is a very professional reception team and all the staff in this hotel that I will not hesitate to classify as the best Ibis Styles attended in recent years. It is a very recent hotel, but it is easy to see that it has been designed with very good quality equipment and materials. The decoration (hall, bar, restaurant, rooms) is tastefully made without forgeting the comfort that some architects forget when designing some hotels. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and it is very comfortable and comfortable at the bar, restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant (Italy) offers varied and quality sets.
