The room and the beds were good, but the service was definitely not up to standard, the reception was not interested in helping the guests at all, were ignored. The two mornings we had breakfast, it was horrible, there was barely any food and nobody in charge of the breakfast area and the food was not what we payed for at all.

Cockroach,Also Our Room Looked Out Onto A Fence With Unmowed Grass And Materials Left Over From Building It And Had Paid For Five Buffet Breakfasts When Booked Room And This Morning I'm Being Asked How Much In Total Did I Pay Could I Screenshot Etc Etc And The Buffet Breakfast On Offer Was Either Omelette Or Bacon And Eggs I Demanded Refund On Breakfasts Plus My $50 Bond That Had Been Charged Upon Arrival

The hotel should be renovated not long ago, the room are quite new and toilet is clean.. location is good right opposite the Skyline. And only 10 mins drive to town center.

The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast quality can be improved. It’s clean but presentation can be better. The buffet spread can be more, food taste good.

The price was really good and the location was great, literally right across the road from the Skyline Luge. Potentially more rooms than available parking, but no complaints otherwise.

My family and I stayed in room 214 and found the beds to so hard and very uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep most of the night in the chair. I also asked a staff member at reception where abouts was the gym and pool I was told there wasn't any, I explained it, states it online he seemed confused. I think it needs to be altered online hence one of the reasons I had booked here. Apart from these issues the hotel was clean and very tidy, and the staff members were friendly.
