Nice place to stay in the area. The hotel was clean. Although I did not use the pool area that looked good. The only downfall is you can hear hallway noise and outside noise.

The bed sheets were very old and pilled. When we checked in, the person that checked us in was completely alone to run the desk, make pizzas, and cover the bar. She did great but was all over the place. the vacuming outside our room at 8 am was not nice at all.

For the price it was a good hotel. Pool area is good. Rooms are a little small. Bfast started a little late for our liking. Best word to describe is good. Would not hesitate to stay again for an overnight.

Stay was awesome. I left a mess im sorry for that stoney creek. I was sick from christmas till i left. Lovely place people were awesome. I love this hotel. One terrible thing. I have no idea why the room was so hot. But everything wlse was very pleasent. I guess i had no problem handlei g the heat. Cause if ya had no heat i would of froze. Next time istay i have to give a good tip to the house keeping. I will stay again. I couldnt enjoy as much as if i wasnt sick.

Check in was fast. Local area safe. Free coffee and cookies. Kids loved the pool and whirlpool. Easy access if going to Granite Peak ski resort.

The decor is unique representing the northwoods and is tastefully done. Its location is just off the highway and is in an area with many eating and shopping options. I especially liked that my room reservation was fully refundable. I was booking a stay in winter and had to travel many hours to get to Stoney Creek. The full refund if I had to cancel due to weather was a determining factor for me with other things being equal at other establishment. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet but I requested late check out (noon) because I worked night shift (7pm -7:30am) at a hospital and wanted to sleep a few hours before driving home and cleaning service walked in with no knock at 9:00 never apologized just shut the door and proceeded to talk and shout to her cleaning team up and down the hall. Then the front desk called me at 11:15 to ask if I was staying another night! I explained to her about the late check out and she said “Oh I see your room number on the list. Sorry.” So, overall great hotel but they need to communicate more clearly about customer needs.

Overall the stay was great. Comfortable bed, quiet, very clean.
I did notice every time the heater started it sounded like paper was in the the fan, and the hot water faucet leaked when it was on. I forgot to mention this when I checked out.
