При заселении менеджер хотела взять с нас 4990, хотя в бронировании было указано 4900. Потом потребовали доплатить за дополнительные кровати, хотя в бронировании указано сразу было необходимое количество мест. Однако это еще не все - после заселения на открытом незастекленном балконе несколько позже мы обнаружили разбитую керамическую вазу с искусственным букетом на полу. В это время в Ростове было весьма ветрено, скорее всего сильным порывом ветра вазу сбросило на пол. Мы сразу же сообщили об этом на ресепшен, однако ответ менеджера был обескураживающим: это разбили мы, а значит должны заплатить НЕ ДОВЕРЯЙТЕ ПЕРСОНАЛУ ГОСТИНИЦЫ! ПРОВЕРЯЙТЕ ВСЕ ЛИЧНО И НЕМЕДЛЕННО ПРИ ЗАСЕЛЕНИИ Клиентоориентированность и индустрия гостеприимства - это не про эту гостиницу. Здесь вас обманут если только немного вы им доверитесь
