We were not happy last night when we had ridiculously loud wedding / dj music when we were trying to go to sleep. It was hugely disappointing not to be forewarned ahead of time for an almost $1000 a night price point … they should have given us options on check in. However, the manager did make it right this morning, so I would give them another chance. I do think this hotel is more geared towards couples rather than family though.

Ridiculously loud music from a wedding / Dj at the hotel when we are trying to go to sleep. When we are paying almost $1000 a night we should have been forewarned or they should have moved us to a different room. Not the level of service I would expect at this price point. The management should be ashamed

Absolutely love The Pearl and its staff. The beach service was incredible and it was so nice to not have to lug down our own chairs and towels. Also best pimento cheese ever!

The Pearl was wonderful hotel with excellent service. Amenities and location were also excellent. The view of the Gulf from our room was exceptional. Our room was clean and well taken care of each day. They were accommodating to all of our needs. They were helpful and extremely willing to please.

Stunning Hotel, get and ocean view room if you can! The staff is so helpful and the beach is so close! If you want to leave your cares behind, you can't go wrong with the pearl. Everything is easy, except leaving (and then only because you don't want to).

The hotel facility is beautifully decorated and maintained. The entire staff is attentive and courteous. The Rosemary Beach area is beautiful, the stores and restaurants are all unique and pleasurable to visit.

Our stay was initiated by our daughters wedding being held at the Pearl. Properties are a beautiful backdrop to hold such an event. Staff is very helpful and polite. Service was great, rooms clean, food was wonderful and location was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel whether for an event of just a place for vacationing and relaxing.

The service made this trip worth it. The staff was beyond accommodating and the location was perfect. The rooms need updated desperately. The hotel amenities were also great. There were bikes available to use and nice touches such as cookies on our pillow at night.
