Very very poor air quality - no words to describe it. No air con and no amount of airing the room helped the decade old stale air from improving. Very low value for money, no sound isolation and old and tired.

The booking confirmation stated that the rooms would be ready at 3 p.m., but when we got there at 3 o'clock, they were not. We had a very long wait in the lobby with our suitcases, before we finally got access to our room in the evening. Rest of the stay was fine, though.

Super lovely stay at Bornholm hotel! We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, the views were beautiful. The spa was fabulous, although it was quite chilly in the main pool and also just the room temp was a bit cold. The evening meal wasn't the best in the restaurant unfortunately. But breakfast was lovely! But we did really enjoy our stay - A great spot for a long weekend.

The people working at the hotel were extremely helpful.
The view from the room was beautiful.
The bathroom in the room smelled like fungus.
The spa was nice - especially the heated outside jacuzzi was charming. The handles to the showers in spa were not intuitive, and it was difficult to get water of the right temperature coming from the right place.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city and with a cozy spa area. Breakfast includes local produce which is nice. We had a room with a sea view - that was breathtaking, especially st the dawn. Fantastic place for a short gateway when you needed to relax and recharge batteries.

Two nights in db room sea view. Comfy room and beds. Style and decor a bit dull but funtional with good facilities and storage space. Great sea view and large balcony. Fabulous spa area, high comfort and appetizing facilities. Efficient wifi, ample and free parking. Good breakfast served in the welcoming restaurant with sea view. Corridors a bit worn looking, could need a fresh-up. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Old and mouldy carpets, rooms etc. The Spa is good. The service in the spa almost non-existing to extremely slow. Resturannt services is slow/hiding in the kitchen. Food materials are incredible good. The handling and cooking a disaster - especially considering the materials. Reception and general service communication as below average and wrong on critical points aka. opening hours, breakfast etc. On of the elevators smellem mouldy and there is a clear cast of mould and fungus. The prices does NOT match the quality of the hotel
