本來訂的大床房，系統不知什麼原因，老闆的電腦裏面沒顯示，但是手機上可以看到訂單。老闆看到我們一家三口，貼心的給重新分配了個家庭房，一大一小兩張床，住的更舒服了。房間挺大，設施齊全，有陽台，簡易廚房，冰箱，衣櫃等設施，衞生間裏面配了一次性的馬桶墊和壓縮毛巾等。樓下小區環境不錯，出門不不遠有個挺大的小童樂園和體育公園，小朋友可以愉快地玩耍。路對面就是海邊，沙灘上沙子細膩……

非常推薦！！千挑萬選.真是選對了房子.
房間寬敞、乾淨。衞生間乾濕分離.還有一次性馬桶墊.（就是洗澡間放一個小置物架就好了.洗髮水之類的沒有地方放）
尤其位置非常的好.樓前是一大片免費停車場.馬路邊就是公交車、旅遊車站。
在房間就能遠眺大海.出酒店過了馬路就能下海.
酒店一層都是餐館.吃飯很方便.地下一層是業主餐廳.尤其早餐非常不錯.餐館老闆娘很有耐心.餐飲價格在景區算實惠合理的.
一層還有平價超市.東西齊全.物美價廉.
樓前往旁邊走一點就是小童遊樂園.遊樂設施很多.不會擁擠.非常適合小朋友

淄博，煙台，威海。帶着孩子在山東親子游將近半個月。大大小小換了好多酒店民宿。這家是我最滿意的一家，估計剛裝修不久，設施跟新，房間很整潔乾淨。我們定的是家庭房，房間很大，老公跟孩子都很喜歡。重點是，距離海灘很近，5分鐘的路程就可以到達。那香海比威海市裡的海水乾淨，建議大家在這邊可以多安排幾天的行程。樓下就有飯店還有超市都很方便。下次有機會還會定這個酒店。老闆也很熱情，帶着孩子出來玩，跟老闆又多要了一些東西，老闆也是有求必應，很熱情。不錯。我不是託啊，真實感受～希望幫到大家，強烈推薦入住～

先説優點：老闆很好，我們找不到地方老闆騎電動接我們到樓下；還幫買了兩桶礦泉水送到房間；告訴我們怎麼去海邊；
再説缺點：居民樓裏的房改成的民宿，環境類似於拆遷小區；電梯兩個停運一個，我們是2樓，電梯按不亮，來來回回折騰好幾趟才上去，不走樓梯是帶了很多東西不方便；一開門房間內一股味道，很難聞；衣架粘手我自己用洗手液洗了晾的衣服；這些都可以接受，但是我們晚上吃完飯9點多回到房間準備給孩子洗澡的時候發現淋雨水很小，水龍頭也很小，洗個襪子都費勁，當晚我們就沒有洗澡就這樣湊合睡了，整個房間除了床是乾淨的還能睡，其他真的一言難盡，本來定了三晚，住一晚果斷退了！

位置的確很好，步行到沙灘五分鐘，樓下就有海鮮燒烤大排檔，小區裏還有早市。設施略不足，連住兩天，中間沒有打掃，一共衹給了兩條浴巾，一次性拖鞋是一踩就破的那種，牙具梳子一次性毛巾有，有洗髮水和沐浴露，沒有紙巾和護髮素，也沒有冰箱（最後在受理處借的冰箱存葯，但對比了一下房間設施，確實沒寫，不是店家的問題）。另外，整體佈局就是最最普通的那種民宿，但同期其他家的價格也不便宜，衹能説暑期 榮成 的溢價實在太高了。入住和退房比較方便，到店訂的180度海景的日落家庭房沒有，給了180海景的雙大床房，床品舒適乾淨，這點值得表揚。沒看到日落，但每晚都有土豪在對面放煙火，花景房吧

房間很寬敞很亮堂，通風很好，乾淨衞生，床鋪很乾凈，屋裡打掃的很乾凈，在小區裏，很安靜。距離海邊，也就走出小區這麼遠，小區裏還有個挺大的壺，整個就很美，適合多住幾天

房間挺大寬敞，設施一般建議優化一下，不過地理位置是真好，出門就是那香海灘 ，很美，踏浪不要太舒適。
