Do not add new items when cleaning the room for guests on the 2nd night. Nice room. Staff are not friendly. The room cannot use the phone.

A beautiful boutique hotel in Parioli, Rome . . . with absolutely no amenities. Cannot get a cup of coffee or even a glass of water outside of restaurant hours - 7-10:30 am for breakfast buffet and 7-10:30 pm for dinner. Bar only open from 5-10 pm. Also rooms were horrifically hot. A/C is terrible. Tubs in jacuzzi rooms were treacherous - very difficult to get in and out of due to stationary glass wall, extreme slant in tub and toilet. Staff very friendly. Walkable to local shopping and restaurants.

Good quality hotel . Very nice service good restaurant. Room very clean. Location near diplomatic missions and Louis University. Lobby desk served with help us. I recommend stay in this hotel . Rome is value to visit. Next my visit I will be stay again in this hotel.

It was an amazing place to stay over with my partner! Felt most welcome at the hotel. The staff was very keen and attentive on our needs. It was a lovely contour on our trip in Rome, we really fell in love. Definetly we will be back!

We visited Rome for the first time. The lovely young woman at the front desk took very good care of us! Insightful and offering many recommendations. The staff treated us with care. We're pretty low maintenance on that front. The rooms are well kept. The restaurant has a good selection of food choices.

The place was extremely cozy and made me feel right at home. The staff was very helpful and kind, while the location was absolutely stunning. I visited with my family and have never been to a better hotel. 10/10 would go again.

I went with a friend on a 4 night city break. Location is out of the city walls. Tried to bus it on one day but very complicated. Taxi cost; allow at least 15 euros per ride. Hotel is well decorated and clean. Staffing problem on the front desk. Not very experienced and English is not well understood. Breakfast is chaotic. Lots of coach loads doing tours of Italy. Plenty of queuing for breakfast. Only one coffee machine serving tiny expressos!!! My advice is if you're having a city break choose a hotel within the city walls....

A lovely hotel in the beautiful neighbourhood of Parioli. The centre of Rome is about 15 mins in a taxi or a 25 bus journey. Standard rooms are very clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. High ceilings and good quality fittings give the hotel rooms a luxurious feel. Staff are always helpful and friendly. There is also a restaurant and bar on site. We had a great stay here and it was nice to escape the bustle of the city in the evenings.
