The house is 8 minutes’ walk to Metro station. This makes it very convenient for holiday makers like us. Anywhere we go, so long as we find a metro station, we can easily find way back. The other advantage is it’s close to St Peter’s Church, therefore we managed to queue up for entry as early as 7am before crowds come.
It’s been a pleasant stay. It’s a house but provides hotel service where room is cleaned every day.

We absolutely loved this place the host was very helpful and kind the room was amazing can not fault it in any way we are definitely going back to Rome and this will be the place we hope to stay again

THEY GAVE AWAY OUR PRE-PAID ROOM AS WE SAT OUTSIDE THIS PLACE FOR 2 HOURS WAITING FOR THEM WITH NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. STAY ONLY IN KNOWN HOTEL CHAINS. NO PLACE TO STAY BUT THE OWNERS DID FIND US AN ALTERNATE HOTEL THAT THE MATRESS BED RAILS KEPT FALLING DOWN PUTTING US ON THE FLOOR NIGHTLY. WE COULD HAVE LOST OVER $700 US DOLLARS PREPAID. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! ESPECIALLY THROUGH **********. THEY DON'T CARE AND YOU WON'T EARN YOUR POINTS OR GET ANY REFUND. EVEN AFTER 14 HOURS OF TRAVEL. BEWARE!!! .

After long 18 hours of travel from America this 5 star rated b&b gave away our pre paid room that we booked 9 months prior.. We were 15 min late due to delayed train to check in. Beware of these owners who claim they accidentally "over booked". We did not lose money but valued booking points earned. Stay away from this place and stick with known hotels. Don't trust "5-star ratings"

Traveling from America for 28 hours we tried to check in and this place had given our $650 pre paid room away! Reservation made jan 2022. Never book here! Claim they "over booked" don't trust 5 star ratings ever!
