We stayed 4 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The room is clean, modern and luxuriously decorated. The staffs were friendly and warm. Location might not be in the city centre but it is just a short 5 minutes walk to the metro which takes us right into city centre. I have no complaints. Despite 3/6 lifts being down most of the time, we didn’t have to wait too long for service. Lastly, breakfast spread is excellent as well.

It was amazing! They were courteous and you get your money’s worth. Its near a train station but a bit far from the city attractions. But their breakfast is a must.

Clean rooms , good staff service. Awful elevators service . They were broken most of time I stayed .

Smelly the room

After all, it is a chain hotel, and we were not disappointed. Compared with hotels of the same price, it is really good. The room is big and clean! There is nothing to eat or play around. We went out by subway and taxi, and the hotel is in the new district. On the way to the hotel on the first day of arrival, a beautiful woman followed the zipper of the bag. So we always choose to take a taxi when we go back to the hotel after playing at the scenic spots late!

I was really disappointed with this Hilton Hotel. We traveled all the way from Paris, Switzerland and Milan, and we were always careful about our belongings. Who would have thought that something would be lost in the hotel room, and a whole big bag disappeared. There were three pairs of shoes for changing feet and newly bought Prada slippers in it. The new shoes I wore that day were a little hurt, so I took them off and put them in the bag in the room to go out and play. I was really careless. I don't know if the new shoes attracted the attention of the hotel cleaning staff. I think it can only be done by the hotel staff. The front desk staff also looked like they had nothing to do with it and handled it slowly. I stayed for a total of two nights. On the first day, the elevator broke down. After waiting for several elevators, the elevator could not open because the doors were not aligned with the elevator cars, and the passengers in the elevator were taken back up. Finally, one elevator came, but it got stuck on the 4th floor and shook, which scared the children to scream. The next day, I found that the bag was lost. It was really a failure of the whole trip. It is really hard to prevent things from being lost in the Hilton Hotel room. I can only comfort myself that I always leave something in Italy.

Beware! This is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in, both domestically and abroad! The entire hotel is supported by the exterior of the building and the lobby. The room is terrible, the bathroom is dirty and moldy, very smelly and has a strong musty smell, I am afraid of getting sick when taking a shower. The rest of the room is also sloppily cleaned. The air conditioning temperature in the room is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted, and it is not cool at all. I have been working abroad for many years, and I know that the hotel service industry in Europe and the United States is generally not as good as that in Asia, so I don't have any high expectations, but this hotel has refreshed the bottom line of Hilton!

Stayed for 3 days in total, the elevator malfunctioned horribly😱Breakfast, poor service 1. The catering staff asked foreigners when they met them: Do you want coffee or tea? When meeting Chinese people, they don't ask, and they are just being polite... 3. Room: The bathroom can't be ventilated at all, and it smells musty. The glass door of the bathroom can't be closed well, and it leaks from the sides and the bottom. There are a lot of mold in the corners of the bathroom 4. Shower gel was not provided for the first two days, and it was not provided until the third day of check-in 4. There are 6 elevators in total, and 3 of them are not working. It is very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs. I returned to the hotel at 21:00 the next night. I finally waited for the elevator, but my family was trapped in the elevator for more than 20 minutes. The elevator is all glass and has no air conditioning. It was dark and hot inside. I didn't dare to let go of the elevator handle. I called the front desk 3 times before they answered the phone. The elevator alarm kept ringing, and then a duty manager came. He didn't understand the elevator failure at all. After waiting for a while, the engineering department came, and it didn't open for a while. Suddenly, the elevator lost power, which was extremely scary. I once took the elevator and fell from the 28th floor to the 19th floor. I was really scared... After tinkering for a while, there was a sudden call, and the elevator climbed from the 4th floor to the 8th floor The elevator door suddenly opened, and I was so scared that I quickly went out and took the stairs... In the end, they said to me: Give me a free breakfast for one day, and give me 10,000 points😓 There are many problems you need to solve, and you shouldn’t handle it this way. Complaints will continue to pour in. Summary: I don’t know where some foreigners get the confidence to complain about this and that in China, and that hotels abroad are old, dirty, and the employees have disheveled hair and tattoos... It’s really ridiculous
