Bed bugs galore, I had the worst bed bug experience here

Very close to the train station. Walk for about 5 minutes. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. There is no obvious sign outside the hotel gate. After finding No. 27, go up to the 5th floor. The room is not big. But clean. There is no noise from domestic youth hostels. If you arrive early, you cannot check in, but you can store luggage first. Surprisingly, the old man at the front desk replied a few simple Chinese

This place shouldn’t be listed as a Hotel. The lady who is in charge of it is very nice and helpful, but is not a hotel is a hostal. I book 4 nights at this place, it was until a few days before when I noticed that our reservation was for a room with share bathroom, when we got to the “Hotel “ we were so lucky when the lady told us that we were getting a room with our own bathroom. The location is perfect, is very close to de Via Nazionale, Piazza della Repubblic, Basilica Santa Maria and Termini Station. We payed 10 € extra per night to be able to have AC .

Manager Bhagi (sp?) was very friendly and helpful. Hostel-like setup, so simple, shared baths, but very clean & safe. Close to train station. On Floor 5, but there was a lift and it worked.

I recently emailed the hotel and asked if they did Schengen Visa requirements, which is basically you just pay for the room ahead of time and they send you a receipt. Renata (assuming the owner) said they did and charged my card a deposit. I tried for a week to contact them after the room was booked, asking for them to fully book the room. They refuse to answer, hence I had to book elsewhere in order to satisfy the visa requirements. However - they kept the $130 deposit. In essence, they stated they would charge me for the room and give me receipt. It is obvious from our conversations that they understood the requirements, but if they charge only a deposit and then ignore me - they get to keep the deposit and it forces the guest to book elsewhere, and they get to rebook the room to someone else. They are dishonest and willing to scam guests. Keep this in mind if thinking of book with this hotel.

No change of towels for four days! The rooms are damp. Very convenient location though.

Dont expect anything fancy, not even decent. Is a building converted into three different motels. Poor Wi-Fi connection, basically none, is just enough to get a bed for the night. Zero amenities, don’t expect to see a lobby or a desk agent.

Rooms were quite tight and a little over populated in the dorm. I also found that the floor was regularly wet because there was no bathroom mat. There were not enough plugs for everyone in the room and not every bed had their own light. It also would have been nice to have received recommendations about surrounding attractions.

Do not stay there no they do not provide soap,you will need to share bed and bath with peoples you have no idea who they are,this place not worth it

very convenient to the train station, clean and safe. It served the purpose for a one night stay with an early morning departure.
