Good hotel with nice service

This is the most luxurious hotel on this trip. When we booked a 3-person room, we should have directly opened the connecting door of the two adjacent double rooms and turned them into suites for us. The area of ​​a standard room is not large. The hotel provides welcome champagne, handwritten welcome cards, and ACQUA DI PARMA for bath products. The bed is relatively comfortable, the bath towels are thick and soft, and the mini bar has a rich variety. Two free bottles of mineral water and sparkling water are provided daily. Opposite the hotel is a military-related government depar**ent, so there are soldiers on hand throughout the day, which makes me feel instantly safe. Of course, the curtains may not be fully open during the day, because it is too close to the office building opposite. The location is very good. It is only ten minutes' walk from Castel Angel and Vatican City. It is very comfortable to run along the river in the morning. The only thing that is not ideal is that there are too few types of breakfast, each person has a fixed set, and there are a small amount of self-service fruits, yogurt and drinks.

The room is dark, the windows are small, there is only one counter at the front desk, and only one person can check in and check out. The hotel door is less than 1.5 meters wide. It is in an alley, and the service is even worse.

Nice hotel, but a little general maintenance wouldn't hurt. For the rest everything was fine, central and quiet location, receptionists always available

This hotel was located in a great area to walk the squares, shop, and eat. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was nice but not spacious and I thought overpriced.

The hotel is situated in a romantic and gorgeous street not far from Trastevere so there are a lot of great bars and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and our room was spacious (deluxe room). The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very nice. The hotel is very quiet so more suitable for couples then families.

Location was excellent, hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the place was well decorated. Highly recommend!

Loved this Hotel! The location was wonderful, the service was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious the rooms were spacious with high ceilings and large windows. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Would rate DOM a 4 star experience, not very friendly staff and below average breakfast. Location great and rooms large.

This hotel did not feel like a 5 star hotel , it felt more like 3 stars . It’s needs a major update and refresh . If you are someone who likes to unwind in your hotel bar and restaurant after a long day of walking and sight seeing , this hotel is not for you ! There is a small bar with no music and a bartender who might be there . If you are jet lagged and can’t sleep and want to watch tv , there is only local basic cable . So your only option is cnn or bbc news , unless you understand Italian . I could go on , but those were the most disappointing ! We definitely won’t stay here again or recommend the dom hotel Rome .

We loved that the old building, with its original arches and ceilings, was decorated and furnished in a beautiful and luxurious contemporary style. Also that the staff were delightful and helpful.

Hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the Dom Suite on the top floor, highly recommend! Two floors with walk in closet. The balcony was spacious, seating for about 10 people, with the bell tower was phenomenal. The bell only rings at about 6pm, so it doesn't wake you up. The building across the street has armed guards outside at all times (driver said it was like Italian FBI) so the area is very safe. Also very quiet. Great walking distance (15-30 min walk) to attractions while being far enough away from tourists. Our only issue was the wifi signal was very weak, and did not reach the balcony at all. Maybe because it is stationed on the 1st floor? The bed was super comfortable and the employees were so helpful! They made reservations for dinner for us, organized a driver, called taxis. We loved this place and loved calling it home while we were in Rome! Very highly recommend!

Great botique hotel very walkable to many high interest places and quiet. Very comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, attentive staff.
