Great location, comfortable bed and a small kitchen for guests to prepare breakfast and meals . . would highly recommend this B&B. The room rate was excellent as well. Close to shops, restaurants, and the Metro. I would definitely stay here again.

This B&B is 10/10 in my book. It’s well designed, located 5 minutes walk from Vatican Museums. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The kitchen area is a great place to hang out after a busy day of sightseeing. Everyone has their private bedroom + area that sit down, drink coffee or wine and play board games. Last but not least Ivan is not only a good and professional host but also a very warm good person. Thank you!

We stayed here for 5 nights. At arrival, we were greeted by the owner (Ivan) outside the building and immediately got a nice introduction of the places to visit in Rome, which we appreciated very much. The room was cozy and equipped with a nice kitchen, filled with everything you need for a typical Italian (sweet) breakfast. The building is situated close to public transport so you get everywhere in Rome. During our stay, Ivan helped us out with extra info and tips, which was priceless. We would recommend this place over the "usual" hotels and will certainly come back if we would do another tour of Rome!

Everything was perfect, we were made very welcome with attention to detail. We loved our stay especially thanks to this reservation Everything is nearby, and Ivan explained everything to us, taking care to detail all the elements (visits, transport, restaurants, etc.)

The location is really good. You can find everything nearby: metro, sights, market, shops, restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful and responsive. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable too.

Everything was really great, the room was clean and beautiful. We really liked the authentic Rome vibe of the apartment. Ivan was really nice and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Campanella3 and we hope in the future maybe we can be there once again.

Lovely stay close to all tourist attractions in Rome and Vatican. Thanks for the lovely room. Everything was clean, and in order. All was arranged for us including the taxi to and from the airport. Lovely breakfast as well... Great hosts. Really recommend.

Ivan is a great man. His hospitality is on another level. He gave us all the highlight while on our stay. The guest house was clean and everything was well arranged. The breakfast super great! Everything was awaiting for us. The fridge full packed with beverages & different kind of cereals & bread and biscuits on the side. We could not have asked for more. This was great ❤️

Amazing B&B in a great part of Rome! Campenella3 is an awesome family run B&B. It is very comfortable, convenient, and affordable. It is a few minutes walk to the Vatican and the Metro. Ivan and Antonella were very helpful when we first checked in and gave us a few tips for sightseeing and eating in the area. I would highly recommend Campenella3 to anyone wanting to stay in Rome like a local.
