It was a clean hotel, and there were restaurants, shops, and marts within a 5-minute walk, so it was convenient.
You can go to downtown Rome in about 20 minutes by using nearby buses and subways.

At first glance, the place is nice because it is a new building or newly fursnihed and clean. However, once your stay progresses, you realize it is not really a hotel but a dorm with one wing reserved to be used as a hotel. Although there was never a problem caused by the student population, you just can't run a dorm as a hotel. While I appreciate the efforts of the manager George, there is so much he can do. The biggest issues for us were 1- The ACs in the rooms either make the rooms too hot or cold. 2- The outsourced restaurant area could use some waiters who understand what it means to be friendly. However, I must mention once again: Not a hotel but a dorm, a posh one I would love to be in if I were a student. This is how it feels.

The rooms were fine, and the rooftop bar and restaurant provided limited but well prepared items of food and drinks. The biggest problem was the location of the hostel/hotel as no taxis, Uber included were not willing to come to the front door which is on a dead end street. Instead one had to walk out to a side street and wait by the garbage dumpsters to be picked up and dropped off.

A little hard to find at the beginning, but the location is great, very well connected to the metro station which takes us to the landmarks quickly. The hotel was nice and the room comfortable and clean, the only not so good part was that we got a room where the bathroom was for people with disabilities, so it was a little uncomfortable because every time we took a shower everything got wet and toilet too high! But aparte from that I will highly recommend the hotel!

Small but clean room. Cleaning every day. Elevator problems allmost every time, have to walk 6 floors up and down. TV was controlled from elsewhere. Washroom mirror light didn’t work and washroom was quite dark. Breakfast was quite poor. Only 1 warm drink at breakfast, a couple of bread and few slices of cheece and salami and yogurth. The staff took the rest of the food away in the middle of the breakfast. Staff was ok but nothing special. The location is fairly good, because of nearby metro station.

Staff were really friendly; George the director was great and very accommodating. The property was very clean, modern and practical. Location was good but the surrounding streets are dark and quiet. Area only looks bad because of the graffiti and dark but i guess, thats normal in rome. There's a lot of walkable restaurants and we were safe.

Quite possibly the most expensive and horrible hotel I've ever stayed in.
1. Incredibly hard to find, there is no proper signage and you just find it down a back alley.
2. Our AC didn't work over the two nights we stayed here, the staff didn't seem to care.
3. Our blinds were broken, again, staff didn't care to rectify it.
4. Access to anything in this hotel requires a staff member to fix...
5. The washing/drying machines they say are open 24/7 they're not, the staff again. Refused to elaborate or help when someone had forgotten to get their wet, smelly clothes out of the machines.
6. Final thing, no HOT water, at any time in the hotel. Again, the staff don't care.
Don't stay here. Only redeeming feature is location and the Gym.

This place is hard to locate. Need outside sign so guest knows where to enter. It stated laundry in facility but the laundry is for students only and not for guest. It’s very misleading. I would never book any hotel with no laundry in facility
