On 08/15/2020 I stayed at The Alpine Inn. I need towels so I went to the front desk I to ask for towels. The night desk clerk told me she was all out of towels. I was surprised by that response. I went back to my room empty handed. My wife up shortly after asking if I got towels when I told her what happened she called the front desk and asked for towels. The night clerk again said no. Ny wife told her that was unacceptable. The clerk then placed my wife on hold to look. When she got back on the phone she told her yes she has towels my wife asked her to bring them the clerk said no “we don’t do that”. My wife told her my husband was just down there and you refused to give him the towels. I drove to the front desk again and when I walked in the clerk didn’t look up didn’t greet me completely ignored me. I asked again for the towels and she handed me 2 small face towels. No apology for lying to my husband then to me over the phone. The clerk was rude and had an attitude. I experienced this twice at Alpine Inn. The morning clerk on 8/9/2020 did not honor my reservation which I booked a couple days in advance with a specific check in time. When I arrived I was told by the morning clerk to come back in 6 hours. I eventually had to cancel my reservation and book another room at The Days Inn. I drove from Madison Wisconsin and your booking site allowed me to request check in at 9:30. I have this receipt. I was told to cone back in 6 hours but sometimes it could be sooner. I called her again at 11 & then at 1P. I was told no rooms were ready, this woman also had a bad attitude. I am not sure what’s going on at The Alpine Inn. Needless to say I will not give The Alpine Inn a 3rd chance. I will never stay at The Alpine Inn again. -Sincerely Dissatisfied Customer

I just want to start this review off by saying, The staff here is top tier. You're treated like family. Ms Lorraine, Shawn, Queenie, Renee, and the gentleman who works overnight are the best. They’ll do anything you need. Give them respect and they give it back.!! Ms Lorraine will go out of her way to make sure your stay is perfect. She asks me everyday how we’re enjoying our stay and if we need anything. One of the best managers I have ever dealt with. I can’t tell you how many times Ive gone to the desk to pay for my room and start talking to Shawn or Queenie because they’re so friendly and welcoming. We’re here while we’re in the process of buying a house and I’m telling you, I couldn’t have found anywhere better.!! Thanks La Quinta and staff.!!
