Great value for the money, great value. They aren't always prepared. They run out of towels, plates, etc. You can get a suite with breakfast for $100 CAD/night so it was expected. We will go back. We stayed a week and would do so again.

The room itself was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was a mess. There was only 1 waffle maker that was constantly busy. The orange juice was watered down and they ran out of coffee.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. Dirty shower and toilet seat. Mounted Shower gel was broken. Room was also not vacuumed.

Room had some small damages but it was very clean, only 2 towels for a family of 5 checking in at 1 am not the best but staff were friendly and helpful

The breakfast was great and the staff was greater. We had a great room that was clean and tidy the hostest checking us in was chipper and very helpful. I asked for recommendations and they were spot on. Parking can get tight later in the night when the restaurant is busy but not terrible. Every staff member was attentive kind and genuine. I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff acted inconvenienced to be working. Up most of the night with loud guests. No one asked how our stay was or I would have told them. I booked this hotel specifically because we had an amazing experience at the one in Mahwah NJ. Breakfast was cold and the staff handled the serving utensils with her bare hands on the serving end of the tool. So disappointed

Staff superb but we could not cook in our room no oven we had the front desk bring two portable burners then there were no pots to use one pan that was small, after we bought food to cook. We ate out having no alternative.

The room was spacious and great! The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. They were out of many things, including clean dishes and the staff didn't seem to care; one even smelled like ****.
