This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

去日照住了兩晚，第一晚在東夷小鎮的全季，第二晚在木棉花，相比較而言，全季的服務態度真的比木棉花好太多太多了！
環境：環境從裡到外都沒得説，很美，拍照也很出片
衞生：房間內特別乾淨整潔，床品特別平展，是我們住過最最乾淨的酒店
設施：洗漱用品很全，還有浴袍，房間內設有語音智能系統，很便捷，但是早餐真的是種類特別少，人還多，沒有全季早餐好
服務：最後來説服務，真的是特別差勁👎，門口停車場有很多位置不讓人停，保安説必須有關係背景的才有資格，（好的我們不配），因為酒店處於鬧市區，地下停車場特別難找，我老公轉了十來分鐘才找到的。
辦入住的時候可能因為我們趕了一下午的海，穿的很隨意，顯得比較邋遢，到前台跟前理都不理，問一句答一句，其中有個穿藍色衣服的女生特別傲，因為身份證在車上忘記拿了，人家立馬不耐煩的樣子，讓我們報身份證號碼，先跟我老公説話還算正常點，輪到我人家就立馬換臉了，就跟我欠人家幾百萬一樣，呃真的好無語🤦♀️。第二天退卡時沒想到還是她，我當時自己去退的，我老公在旁邊幾米遠看行李，我還面帶微笑的説你好退下房卡，前台接過房卡時還很正常，同時在電腦上操作，幾秒過後直接把房卡當著我麪摔桌子上，對我説好了，很明顯這就是故意摔給我看的，當時我傻傻的還給人家説謝謝，事後我告訴我老公後真的是越想越氣（因為我臉盲，我老公説跟前一天是同一個人）強烈建議你們公司可以給這位前台女士一個老總位置坐坐，要不然真的是太屈尊了
四星級酒店的服務質量真的是讓人大跌眼鏡，太影響旅遊心情。

酒店位置很好，下樓就是萬象滙。客房打掃阿姨很熱情，其他服務人員就很難評，辦入住和退房都一臉冷漠，微笑一下會扣錢嗎？房間不隔音，沒有可打開的窗户，全靠空調通風，台盆和淋浴間的下水非常慢，每晚的洗澡水都忽冷忽熱，軟質的紙巾盒很難抽，如果這是三四百一晚的酒店我覺得沒啥問題，但這個價格還是再考慮考慮吧

酒店大堂文創區非常有特色，安靜舒適，包括樓層間的一些工藝品都很好看，外部環境不錯！
但是房間內部真的有點失望，我定的是高級雙床房，衞生間分體設計動線不舒服還浪費空間，下水道味道比較明顯（別的房間可能沒有）浴室瓷磚不防滑而且周圍都是玻璃隔斷安全有欠考慮，床品舒適度一般，房間隔音也差。
個人感覺更適合商務使用，度假和親子一般。

幫朋友預訂的，朋友託我評論如下：我是一個女性，獨自一人入住木棉花酒店，結果房間裏的電視上出現“尊敬的x先生和x小姐”，難道一位陌生男性被安排進了我的房間？他有房卡可以隨便進入我的房間？酒店入住記錄（包括公安局存檔的酒店入住記錄）且不是顯示我和一位謀生男性住了一晚？我向酒店前台提出疑問，前台沒有回答我，也沒有任何解決方案（前台僅一人，忙呀忙，服務太差）；感覺這個酒店服務太差，並且存在很大的安全隱患！

房間的硬件可以看出都是好品質的，整體的設計風格也算高大上。但服務真是不行，人多，但一點也不專業。特色項目裏有免費水果和景區門票。門票沒有給，也沒有人問，好像沒有這麼一回事。水果我入住後有讓送到房間裏，結果晚上也沒送。打前台電話説是餐飲下班了，明天送。結果第二天仍然是我打得電話才送過來。並不是真的很想吃，就是覺得這服務真不給力。既不專業，更不細心

趕上酒店開業，送了水果盤和歡迎信，很開心成為酒店的第一批客人。房間很有設計感超級喜歡，衞生也很乾凈，也沒有任何味道。還有24小時的健身房，很方便。前台小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情，最後一天還貼心的讓我把行李寄存前台出去玩。酒店位置很方便交通很便利，下次還會選擇這裏！
