Hotels near Giraffe/zebra zone in Riyadh

A beautiful hotel in which I spent three nights of the most beautiful hotels I lived in, the speed of responding to requests, the Wi-Fi service, the breakfast restaurant, the price is very good, I advised the hotel manager and the staff to be very kind.

The hotel is ok to rest. But the service need to be improved. 3 times asked to change the coffee machine because it was broken. But no action was taken. Another time when I stayed in this hotel coffee machine didn’t work either

In general, the staff were friendly, but seems to need more training and experience in service providing. Sometimes I would feel when asking for a service or item, I had to repeat myself or explain and still the message was not clear. They just need more experience. The good: • The room itself was fantastic. Very spacious. The beds are super comfy and you never want to get up! • Clean • Great TV size • Plenty of electrical outlets including USB, so all your power needs for your devices are met with room to spare. • Very good lighting. • Lots of storage space for your clothing and other items. The bad: The bathroom! • Very poor water pressure. It takes forever to shower. • No moveable showerhead, and as mentioned before, with poor water pressure, this was an experience to forget. • Bathtub is not easy to get in and out of, and if you have any mobility issues, this will be a big problem. • A very shallow sink. Whenever you turn on the tap, water bounces off the sink and splashes everything. So you will get lots of water on your clothes. • Very high toilet seat. Anyone under 170 cm will have their feet dangling when using it sitting down. If they can address the bathroom issues, they can make staying there a great experience.

This is probably the cheapest accommodation in Riyadh, right? In a large house, there is a special room for women. Stayed for two nights and met some interesting people. If you stay in a youth hostel, you don’t need to pursue sleep quality, but at this price and location, you don’t need a bicycle😄

Good one in Saudi, will stay in the next trip

To be objectives my experience was averaghe. Location and breakfast was very good. Room needs renovation and a modern touch. You cant make phone calls neither local nor international. The staff needs a lot of improvement in customer relations to deal better with guests.

Older hotels are quite enthusiastic, but the efficiency is a bit untuned. I ordered a room service scanned QR code to order food for more than an hour. I didn’t come. Later, I called and found that I didn’t pay attention to the online order because it was late. I said that I canceled the order and then I thought about it. After sleeping, the result was half an hour later, the service staff knocked on the door and took a fruit plate and two glasses of juice. It seemed to be a apology. Thank you very much for their sincerity, but I can't understand their logic. It may be cultural differences. Knock on the door will be almost eleven o'clock. I can't sleep. The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.
