We asked for a double bed and they gave us two single beds, the plug in the bathtub did not work, otherwise everything was fine

Attention and facilities very good, but this time the floor of the room and the bathroom were not very clean

一下定了好幾天，臨時有事去了下週邊城市，酒店幫更改了日期，中間也一直保持着聯繫，今天回來接着住了。點贊👍

The room was nice staff excellent. Stayed for two nights. At 6:30am both mornings a service door was slammed by incoming and outgoing staff making the bed vibrate, this went on for one and a half hrs. Not very good when you have a long drive ahead of you.

Hotel very good but banging service door woke us up at 6:30 each morning. Staff in and out.

I really liked this place, loved the fact that breakfast was included with a wide variety of food and drinks. The fact that I did not have to worry about parking is a huge plus. The hotel was super nice anc clean and the staff was very professional. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door as it would lock by itself but not a big deal. Overall a great stay.

I think that if I were to say something negative, it would be that in the hotel the employees do not have much information about what the restaurants in the area are, I think they should have more information about what is around them as well as information about the tree mall They still have their area and the few restaurants and their schedules oh some brochures of them, but for the rest of the other things it is recommended

Right distance to the train station, airport and center

Will be staying there more often when I visit Madrid
