Though the room was a little small(typical of Tokyo hotel rooms), it is well laid out with all necessities. There’s complimentary coffee/tea and snacks at the lounge area after breakfast hours. From 8-10pm, Ochazuke(Rice soup) is available for supper. The reception staff were all very helpful. Walking to Tokyo Station takes about 12-15mins. Ginza is just mins away. Our family had a great time staying at Hotel Intergate Kyobashi.

Downstairs there's a convenience store and the subway, making getting around super easy. Ginza is just a few minutes' walk away. The room is small, but it has everything you need and is very clean. Extremely satisfied!

The hotel is conveniently located within steps from Kyobashi Station, but also a leisurely 10 min walk to Tokyo Station, making it a good place to set up base. While the room is on the older side, it makes up for it with an all-day lounge with free snacks, happy hour and ochazuke.

The hotel was very thoughtful to arrange a baby cot for us based on our advance email request. The Japanese ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. However, there was one male staff member who spoke in a rather harsh tone; he even blocked our access to the elevator to specifically escort another Japanese guest. Despite this, every other staff member was truly excellent, offering warm and attentive service. The room itself was standard but perfectly adequate. What truly stood out were the complimentary snacks and the delicious late-night Ochazuke provided by the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway entrance and within walking distance to Ginza. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

A very cozy and welcoming hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station and around 10 minutes from Mitsukoshi Department Store. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel lobby also provides a full range of complimentary skincare products and makeup remover.
