I would like to talk about our stay at the Santa Rita Hostel. We arrived on Saturday, day 28/11, and we left on Sunday, 29/11. And what a wonderful stay! Every minute worth it. Very clean, organized, beautiful, quiet, airy location. And the suite? Perfect! The guest team takes care of every detail. Breakfast with many options too. About the service? Impensable. All people very educated and requested to take care of us whenever we needed something. If I recommend the hostel for other people? Yes, if I'm going back soon? You can bet yes!

It was the first time in this hotel. It has a easy location for arrival. The location may not be the best for a walk, but to stay at the hotel is not a problem. It has parking with security. It is always loaded. The breakfast area could be larger, depending on the time it is full. The coffee is very good. Apartments are comfortable. But I stayed in the first floor, from the front to the street, and it seems that the conversations are inside the apartment. I don't know whether we talk about the street or the neighbor's suit, because there is a window in the bathroom, which is probably in front of the neighbor's bathroom.

I met the hotel by Tripadvisor and I didn't regret it. Great location, the hotel has everything it needs. Ideal for people traveling to work or couples wishing to meet Ribeirão Preto. The reception was very pleasant and quick, we were tired of the trip and soon we were in the room that was ready to wait. I recommend very much. Ah!!! I had my collaborator in this hotel yesterday 17/01 and her bed was full of CARRAPATO!!!!!!!!! Yes, CARRAPATO by bed and travesser! When contacting the reception the attendant did not believe it, she thought it was a liar dismissed and made my collaborator descend because she had to go personally to ask for the transfer of the room ( details were 22h). The attendant was only up in the room because my co-worker asked for the attendant and the other official was in the air of deboche thinking it was a liar. The room was exchanged without any apology or compensation for the great badness! NOT again!!!
