If I could give six starts, I would do so. The building is located on relatively calm location and has a beautiful wide hall at the entrance. I've been on different rooms and all of them were spacious, silent, and perfectly clean. But I would say the best asset of this hotel is the staff. I've been a guest during the worst stages of the pandemic when lots of business were closing (including other hotels) and number of guests went down, and still all the services were kept as more than impeccable. Any issue that came up was promptly solved, and in one event the manager even came to the hotel in the middle of the night to address it the best possible way to keep the guest satisfied. From room service to the managers, from the valet parking to the restaurant manager, everyone was fully commited for my well being. The restaurant is a wide space and has an all-you-can-eat buffet as breakfast with good variety of breads, cookies, cereals, fruits (and fruit-salad), cakes, pies, scrambled eggs, all very well cooked and well selected. The waiters and manager are always fully available to help us. During the worst stages of the pandemic, breakfast was served on each room door, sometimes by the restaurant manager himself. I'm very happy on my staying in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone, be it a short or long stay.

The coffee ended at 10h. Obviously many items were exhausted, and the attendant was still gross when we asked for more food/drinks.

When contacting the reception the attendant did not believe it, she thought it was a liar dismissed and made my collaborator descend because she had to go personally to ask for the transfer of the room ( details were 22h). The attendant was only up in the room because my co-worker asked for the attendant and the other official was in the air of deboche thinking it was a liar. The room was exchanged without any apology or compensation for the great badness! NOT again!!!

It was the first time in this hotel. It has a easy location for arrival. The location may not be the best for a walk, but to stay at the hotel is not a problem. It has parking with security. It is always loaded. The breakfast area could be larger, depending on the time it is full. The coffee is very good. Apartments are comfortable. But I stayed in the first floor, from the front to the street, and it seems that the conversations are inside the apartment. I don't know whether we talk about the street or the neighbor's suit, because there is a window in the bathroom, which is probably in front of the neighbor's bathroom.

Decadent and careless hotel, the room was sweet, and a cheap appeared, I asked to exchange, they put me in another similar in the same floor, I asked if there was no younger room, they said no, however the photos do not correspond to the rooms I used, the bathroom had no Sabonete door, several mopho points , mosquitos out of the rally, the remote control of the TV was not in the room I complained it took 2 hours to take, Reasonable coffee , but even lack of care , mosquitoes near the meal , hidden butter , I had to ask because I had only margarine in the bank , all countries half hard . The only good aspect was the reception service . Corridors with well-sweet tapes . I don't recommend

Reception at unpleasant check-in. In comparison between this Ibis and Intercity RP, Intercity is better with a similar price.

I was hosted from 6 to 10 September 2023, and my experience with the hotel was positive. The only question I have faced was a small problem in the procedure, in which some drinks and meals were inappropriately included in my room's account, even if I had not consumed anything, and unfortunately we were notified of it only during the checkout. My fiancé quickly questioned the attendant about these inclusions that we did not consume, but unfortunately the attendant initially doubted us. Fortunately, they ended up discussing the issue with the manager, who quickly removed the unjust value from our account. I would like to ask the team to be more careful when launching items in commands, because situations such as this may be disgusting and uncomfortable. I thank you for your attention.

The attendant was only up in the room because my co-worker asked for the attendant and the other official was in the air of deboche thinking it was a liar. The room was exchanged without any apology or compensation for the great badness! NOT again!!!

The toilet was a horror (see photo). The room was not adapted as required in the reservation. The beds were box-like and firm (for those who like pillow top is a negative point :-D). Ramp inclined in the entrance, difficult for those with reduced mobility. Breakfast with little variety. The Accor network price is dynamic - that is, changes all time according to demand. Reception at unpleasant check-in. In comparison between this Ibis and Intercity RP, Intercity is better with a similar price.
